“I've now had 2 batches of 1970's-era 35 mil slides digitized. From a technical standpoint I have been impressed by quality of reproduction not forgetting organization and general QA/QC. For the first batch I was surprised that my slides were categorized as non-standard, meaning higher cost than regular 35 mil slides. Everpresent staff explained the difference and we proceeded. The second batch went through as standard and repeated high quality. Customer service has been good all along but responsiveness could always be improved. Overall I'm rating the service as good and will continue to work with Everpresent in preserving some very important history.”

“generally good but some of the super8 movies seeem fuzzyer than i remember.and returning the super 8 in2 big reels makes unlikely that i cancheck because i have a projector that uses caridged of individual reels. the online access is very good but the time limit of six months seems short also how do i keep the access and for how long”

Thanks for your feedback - it looks like your original recording was created as a VHS slideshow from the 1990s. The effects that you are seeing on the recording were intentional design elements that your videographer used during the recording.
