“Service is mostly good. Even though the delivery wasn’t sent out in more than two days, I feel their good attitude for the customers. The support is really responsible and understanding.”

“In the two days (16 miles) I've been riding this I have been thoroughly thrilled. It feels strong and robust. I've you're looking for an above average thrill entry level scooter, this will provide that and allow you to work your way up to mid-range at your pace with its settings.”

“My ONLY complaint is that I got the request to review my MSX the day it arrived. Delivery was fast, wheel was well packed, got some free swag, wrist guards, mud guard, seat.”

“I've bought 3 wheels from ewheels so far, and have been very satisfied. Jason is very responsive to problems and also helpful in setting up the wheel. The King Song 14D I bought had a problem with its handle, and Jason sent a new handle out very quickly to resolve the issue. When I buy another wheel, I will look to ewheels first.”

“eWheels is awesome! Ordered my scooter late on Sunday and it was delivered on Tuesday! Super fast shipping and the best price I could find. After recieving I had some followup questions because I'm a noob and the response time was quick. Answered all of my questions. No doubt I would order from eWheels again.”

“The 1st time I bought Inmotion V8, and product was good, delivery fast. Recently, I purchase King Song KS-18S, same fast delivery. When I disassemble the tire to add a liner, I tore scratch the hall sensor wire without knowing. eWheel diagnose the issue quickly, and fix it without a fee. I have bought quite a few accessory items, and eWheel always have it on stock, and deliver quickly.”

“The KS16S is my first EUC and it took couple of hours before I was able to stand on it, but after I got on it was amazing! I got a few scratches here and there trying to learn how to ride it, but it’s still in great condition. I own 3 other electric vehicles such as eskateboards and the onewheel, but all my friends are wanting to ride the EUC. Also, I highly recommend buying from this company since the customer service is great! Jason, the guy who helped me out responds right away and my product was here in 2 days and when I had some trouble figuring out how to use the app I emailed Jason and he helped me out. Thank you!”

“I have too say this is one of the best companies I have ever Puchased from, the customer service from Jason was Awesome. I bought my Monster 84V with 2400 Wh battery and had some issues at the beginning, they helped me out and I had a new part withen a few days.”

“Jason and William Jordan (eWheels Tech) are awesome. They are there after the sale. I crashed a wheel and they both went above and beyond to get me rolling again. William even got on video chat to help me troubleshoot my controller board. He could see I dent the capacitor which was causing the problem. They mailed out a new board the next day to get me going. I will never ever buy a wheel from ALiExpress or Ebay after getting that kind of service. I have now purchased 5 wheels from Jason and I have never had any regrets.”
