“This time I only purchased a charger (a great charger, for all it will do), but I also got my Kingsong 16S wheel, a bunch of replacement body parts and tires/tubes from ewheels.com. They remain my only euc resource because they are speedy, honest, and fair in everything they do. I feel completely confident recommending Jason and company to everyone asking about getting a wheel. Thanks, Guys!”

“This is my second purchase. My first one was terrific which brought me back. I am sad to say this past experience has not been so great. The scooter arrived with the outside shipping container intact but the inside was a complete mess. The scooter was not held in place and was flopping around. This is a 65 pound scooter. There also was no instruction manual included on how to use it. This is not a typical scooter.”

“I know from experience and from others that eWheels is the place to go for the best in Electric Unicycles and Scooters. Last year I purchased a Gotway MSX. Could not be happier with my purchase. This summer, I became interested in joining the escooter revolution. So I came back to the eWheels site and looked at various models. But before making my purchase, I contacted Jason, to ask for his advice. Due to my size (270 lbs) and need for full suspension because of road conditions in my area, he recommended that I go with the TurboWheel Lightning. It was my lucky day. He had just received a shipment of these and had one which was available for me. After some minor adjustments (adjusting handlebars, tightening hand grips) I was really to go. What a great product! Has everything I want. Glides over the pavement, absorbs most of the bumps and gives me the control and speed necessary to navigate in city streets and long rides. I give eWheels the highest recommendation! They stand by their products, are super responsive to my questions and provide great recommendations and carry the best most reliable products. If you want ditch your car for short to medium journeys in your town, eWheels is the place to be! AAAAAA+++++++”

“Overall a great experience. The customer service was very responsive even to my oftentimes inane questions. I could always expect a prompt response within a few hours during the workday, even if I submitted multiple questions a day. I'll definitely be going through them for all of my euc concerns and purchases.”

“Coming back from Washington DC and using the rental Scooters to see the sites, 2 things came to mind. I) I wanted a scooter 2) I wanted one way better than the rentals. For 2 months i researched what i wanted and knew that i wanted supportive service if i ever needed it. For that i chose EWheels and the Dart Scooter. They were responsive to my phone calls and email questions. The quality is a bit better that the Z9 due to Ewheels making smart choices with slight upgrades. I will be doing buisness again with them once i convince my girlfriend they are great for leasure sight seeing and commuting. The Dart is a blast!!”

“After doing my Research, I choose the SpeedWay V scooter, and went with eWheels because of price, and the bonus items they were offering. I contacted eWheels thru email and they were prompt with their responses and answered my questions. Wish there was a Phone number to call. I requested a White Model, but was told they didn’t have it in stock and wouldn’t be for a few weeks... was a little disappointed but was offered discount on other parts in the future. I placed the order on Thursday and was told the Scooter would arrive Sat. Which I thought was great so I pulled the trigger. Received Order confirmation and how to setup the Finger Print Reader which was great! and Tracking number. FedEx stated it was going to arrive on Tuesday because Monday was Labor Day. I reached out back to Customer service to confirm, and was told it happens. Was irritated. Either shipping was setup for Saturday or not. Received the Scooter and the foam was mostly broken. The 5A Charger was just thrown in the box. No bubble wrap or secured to keep from thrashing around in the box. It was alittle beat up, but worked.”

“Aside from the customer service, the product is amazing. Upgraded to the SW5 from the SW4. Huge improvements all around. It's fast, gets me to and from work quickly. Strong build, and battery last a really long time. Would highly recommend.”

“It's a ton of fun since I had it no problem with it so far just to everyone who buy one of these these things can take you for granted and make you believe that they're not so dangerous but I had a little accident and I was wearing all the protection that I needed bicycle helmets knees pads and everything but I just recently bought a motorcycle helmet and a full body armour cuz I almost broken my arm and hit my face pretty hard and I had two missed a week of work”
