“This an amazing company that sells incredible scooters. The customer service is prompt as well as intelligent. After ordering a scooter I decided to get a faster one and they had no problem with having the item shipped back while it was in transit and sending out the other scooter. Delivery time was excellent. I would only order these types of expensive scooters from ewheels. The scooter I ordered had a small scratch on it from the shipping, but it was just a scratch.”

“The Hornet is put together nice. I gave a 4 because the packaging is less than to be desired. Fed X is horrible as the box came with numerous holes. Inside it was not damaged but the styrofoam they use was broken up and created a huge mess.”

“Like the scooter vey much. after 2 rides happy with it.Read some bad reviews.Hoping that I won't have problem with parts later on as the review had. However it is really difficult to get to know the scooter. without a good manual or video.It Is really a solo learning experience.”

“Picked up a Tesla V2 from ewheels, and the service and product are top notch. Been riding the wheel nonstop, have over 80 miles in 3 days since receiving it. Blown all expectations out of the water. Do yourself and buy from ewheels now!”

“Ewheels is an amazing site with amazing customer satisfaction! My experience with ewheels has but nothing but amazing, from the products they sell, the payment flexibility, and customer support. Jason and his team are always quick to respond and help out any way possible. Have an issue with your product? They are there. Need help splitting payments between cards? They are on it.
