“The 1860wh peaked my interest after some browsing and research. One of the concerns was that the original batch had oscillation issue. I sent an email on a Sunday at around 3a.m. EST to inquire about the wheel. Few minutes later Drew replied all my questions. I wasn’t expecting a reply on Sunday let alone right away the same day. Talk about dedication at Ewheels! I was assured the oscillation problem is solved. When I received it, I experience a great product that people have been hyping about. The fact that only Ewheels at the moment has the 100v 1860wh makes customers in the U.S. feel so lucky. We have the option to het a great one of a kind wheel, with a knowledgeable team at Ewheels, and a reliable seller. There is just nothing else compares to the privilege we have. At the moment Ewheels reduced the price by $100. For a MSX 100v capable of high speed, adding the 1860wh for longer range, it’s a no brainer to get it. The added battery doesn’t make the wheel that less maneuverable, but you do need to practice with it to get used to it and you will master it. Nowadays we have accessories like modified side pads to make it easy to grip the wheel. Lastly, this one Ewheels changed the dihedral pedals and Jason put on the big pedal from Nikola. Great stuff! Can’t say enough with Ewheels excellent service!”

“took a week to deliver wheel just as advertised came a day early. Nothing bad to say about Ewheels and i recommend people buy from them. Also needed to upgrade my battery emailed, Jason, and he is ordering me special from king song an extra battery. He responds to emails the next or same day. Dude is on top of his business and that feels good, and is so refreshing. I will be buying more EUC's from ehweels.”

“I always wait a little to see how the product is and the how the company supports the product and (in-turn) their customer. I have to say, I can't find a single issue with E Wheels. Purchasing is great with all of the options for payment and the items are clearly described in every technical aspect. If you have a question, they have a clear answer. Have a problem with your purchase? No questions, just solutions. The technical team gets the problem resolved and gets you back on the commute. I can only ride one at a time, but someday I'll look to make another purchase and I know where I'm going. E Wheels has a long-term customer.”

“I recently purchased a Gotway Tesla from ewheels. Love the website its not too much but not too little info, just enough. I got my wheel in a matter a few days. Unfortunately my tire went flat the first day I got it, but I reached out to ewheels and they respond to my email by the next hour and gave me ideas on how to go about it. I sealed the hole and everything was great... I then went on the site to order spare inner tubes just in case .. and got an email the next day saying the refunded me back the money for the inner tubes. super sweet of them to cover the cost! if I had known I would've purchased a few more things! haha JayKay!,. all in all, very professional site and personable. refreshing!! I will only shop on this site for sure.”

“Fantastic customer service! The best place to buy ANY electric vehicle and acccessories. Jason has a reputation for excellent service, knowledge and quick response communication.
