Thank you for your candid feedback. We're so glad you love your 100% custom, adhesive-free, clear, perfect-fitting shelf and drawer liners/mats. In regards to pricing, we feel our prices are very competitive, especially given that our mats are 100% custom and include features such as FDA-Compliance. They are also free of BPA and Phthalates. We usually produce and ship extremely quickly, as well, and also include a lifetime warranty (information available on our website), which, with proper care, ensures your investment. That said, we totally understand that no pricing structure is one-size-fits-all, so we will definitely take your feedback to heart and share it with the leadership team. Thanks again. “Mats are fantastic, fit well, look great and offer the level of protection for my car without having the big company advertising all over it, Weather something company!!! Would love to have them make covers for the back of the second-row seats as well. If you are really carrying items in the back seat, it is easy to mess up the second-row seat backs when you put the seats down to load more items. Otherwise, these are fantastic mats, great quick service.”

“My EQS trunk mat fits perfectly and it's beautiful, not to mention that it protects my trunk from getting dirty. Mercedes has yet to make a trunk mat for the EQS and I don't want to dirty my trunk since it is a very light color. Exact Mats is a life saver. Shipping is prompt even though the mat is made to order. Wonderful experience.”

“Overall we are happy. Just wish we had not taken the 1/8 th inch off as suggested since there is some uncovered areas. Also it is taking them longer to relax than I thought it would.”

Thank you for your candid feedback, Julie! We're glad you're happy with your mats! I would like to mention that, given the material is a plastics material (vinyl) they can sometimes take a little longer to lay flat - especially if your home is on the cooler side. If it is, we usually recommend laying them outside for a bit to allow the heat to flatten them. In regards to the 1/8", we sincerely appreciate your feedback here. We've found that taking 1/8th of an inch off allows for an easier installation and removal for most of our customers. It should only leave a 1/16th of an inch gap around the perimeter. However, we will definitely forward your suggestions to our Leadership Team. Thanks so much - enjoy!
