We've never used an Executive Lounge before, but given the present situation we thought it was a good idea. It was extremely pleasant, friendly people, my husband enjoyed his breakfast (2nd one of the early morning), the reason I've given it only 4 stars is because it doesn't have it's own toilets, that would have been very nice indeed.

We decided to book in to the lounge as we thought it would be easier to socially distance from other travellers. It was a good choice. Everyone observed social distancing and the staff worked hard cleaning tables etc once people moved. The food was good and the staff were all extremely helpful and efficient. A very relaxing atmosphere.

There wasn't much choice of food. 1 soup, 2 hot meals a plate of cheese and biscuits or scones with jam and cream. no newspapers or magazines. I realise this could be due to Covid 19 restrictions

Thank you for a very enjoyable visit to your lounge at Gatwick North, my family had a relaxing and memorable visit creating a perfect start to our trip to Turkey. Great venue easy access nice surroundings with helpful staff.

Aspire was disappointing on every level: less than welcoming reception, food appalling - tiny pieces of over-cooked chicken sadly squashed in the corner of a takeaway box with a few spoonfuls of dull rice - and warm white wine to accompany it. Not worth the money. Clubrooms far better.

Hello Executive Lounges Due to Covid19 I have not yet had the opportunity to use your Lounge facility. Hopefully in the next 12 months restrictions will be lifted. Obviously the service was changed to adapt to social distancing and the way in which staff operated, the cleanliness of the place and overall service I gave a five rating. Denise was particularly excellent and I would appreciate this getting back to her or a manager at that branch. Very attentive and working very quickly to offer the best service she could

Great set up and covid secure. Staff lovely. We paid £84 for 2 adults and one 3 year old... Very expensive I thought, we paid £18 for our 3 year old alone. The food that was on offer was very basic and bland. Not for families. We definitely didn't get £84 worth of soft drinks and food. Maybe for adults only who want to take advantage of unlimited alcohol.

It was the worst experience of airport lounge We had ever experienced! When we eventually found a free table to sit at, we had to clear it ourselves and after getting the attention of someone to give the table a wipe, it was still stick and not something I would say was with on the standards of keeping in line with COVID standards of disinfecting between guests! The food was nonexistent and when anything was available, it was disgraceful, looked like slop! Grey mess! The staff were rude! We asked for knives and forks, (not a big ask) and the we’re literally thrown at us! The one lady actually was very rude and said, we are very busy! Queuing for 20 minutes each time we wanted a drink!! Was not worth the money. We were a party of 6 people at a cost of £28 each!! That’s a lot of money for the absolutely disgusting service! Never again!!!

We visit the lounge a lot Usually at breakfast time was bit disappointed with food on offer being after 12pm as my daughter has nut allergy and wasn’t able to eat any food as main on offer was with nuts and was sitting next to the other food so couldn’t take the chance if it had touched Wouldn’t have thought you would have put a meal out with nuts especially with so many people having allergies to them and the other option was butternut squash

Very poor last visit to Newcastle which we complained about and were given a free return unfortunately because of covid we could not use this voucher and the time limit has past

Always come to executive Lounges they are great, our last visit unfortunately was disappointing we were on a early morning flight and needed a breakfast which sadly was very sparse More food came out as we were leaving! Also our plane had very little to eat we were somewhat hungry on arrival. Lounge was as always clean and very friendly so we paid highly for very little Jenny Lincolnshire
