Great time as before lovely staff apart from polish male worker that was extremely rude infact intrupped another staff member to stop them from surviving us. Was completely humiliating in front of the busy lounge! But apart from that one man all staff were lovely friendly and helpful.

We attended the Aspire Lounge at Manchester T1 on 19th September and were very disappointed. There wasn't enough staff to cope with the number of customers visiting. The bar continually had a long slow moving queue, as the staff were expected to serve drinks, take food orders, and answer customer queries/complaints. The salad bar was empty and only replenished quite some time later. As we were delayed on arrival due to airport processing, we were limited on time, so these delays and shortages virtually rendered the visit as pointless. As a regular user of Airport loungers we do not intend to use Aspire again. Not a pleasant experience or value for money.

considering the covid virus the staff made it very pleasant and comfortable. they were very clear with instructions when we arrived and everybody seemed to play by the rules. There wasn't as much on offer to eat but what was there was lovely, the staff were very attentive and quick with service. I will book again in the future when i travel. thank you

Quiet clean and comfortable, but food selection very poor. Soft crackers with rubber prepacked cheese, hard dry scone wjith large clotted cream and jam, most of which wasted as scone hard and very crumbly. Bad choice for this type of environment. No1 lounges much better.

Me and my partner Danielle and r baby daughter was not happy wit service no food for children,ques were so long ,hot food was served cold,not worth the money we paid,not organised properly

While understanding the limited menu in the current circumstances the selection in my opinion was very poor. The lounge was very comfortable and plenty of hygiene stations. Staff friendly and helpful.

Whilst I appreciate COVID impacting things, I was very disappointed with the food choices. I quite fancied the curry only to find It unexpectedly contained chilli of which I am allergic. The other choices were un appetising. I found myself stuck with the soup which whilst was very tasty it was not very filling. I would have also expected to find the toilets within the lounge and not outside back in the airport Overall I did not find it value for money

This was our first visit to lounge, and sadly have to say wouldnt visit again. Obviously due to covid it was going to be limited menu but didn't expect how limited it would be. Small portions and when went to bar was questioned why I was ordering two drinks,even though one was for me and other for my partner who was travelling with me. I did feel was filled to capacity and was quite a wait when ordering food and drinks. Sad to say I don't think would pay the £57 fee again, and was disappointed with the experience, although we were excited to start our holiday off in the lounge 😢

1of the staff thought she owned the place and put every 1 on rashens . i book every time I go away .and will never book with u again we ended up coming out and going to main bars etc in airport a total waste of money and if I paid by my credit card would be putting in for full money back ............... NOT RECOMENDED BEWHARE

We booked the Newcastle Aspire lounge as we were travelling to Turkey with 4 grandchildren, all who have various parts of the Autism Spectrum. It is great as it is quiet, for them and it is not crammed with people, both of which can affect the children. Due to the Covid19 it did not have the full menu but what was there satisfied the kids. It is very clean and tidy A great way to start the holiday.
