Friendly staff on arrival. Sanitizer by main door. Fully explained COVID precautions taken. Shown to available table using a one way system . All table service with a limited menu which was to be expected but staff regularly checking we had everything we wanted and if more drinks were required. Obviously a lot different to all of our other visits but we felt all safety measures had been put in place.

I have used the lounge prior to the new restrictions and it was okay however I was not impressed by the service this time. The breakfast was served in a box which was not very nice and the menu was very limited, it was not worth the cost. I’m sure there would be ways around this as implemented abroad... like the use of gloves etc. Why did they feel the need to serve breakfast in a box ?!? And not provide a plate to even tip it out on? Not worth the money ... food was rubbish don’t think I’ll bother in future.

We were given passes as a gift, so it was a nice start to our holiday and first time in the lounge. We found it easily and reception were friendly and efficient. It was really early in the morning so it was quiet, but the staff were helpful and there was a good choice of food and drink. We enjoyed bacon rolls and a couple of beers. A great start to our trip.

Lounge has had a refurb. Whilst it doesn't look much different, flight screens are in more accessible places and the food has been greatly improved! We had an excellent genuinely personal service and were very well looked after. I even mentioned that the piped music sounded like royalty-free lift music, so they changed it, they were good humoured about it and we all laughed. This was just after covid re-opening and it was almost empty.

Feedback on Luton Aspire. Pleasant and polite staff - thank you. Slow and elongated check-in process for staff to follow? Always queues to get in. Understaffed and therefore slow service. No menu cards so unaware of offering. No bread, toast or bun served with full English but there was lettuce?! Thank you.

When on arrival at Glasgow airport, we discovered the lounge that was booked was closed , we were sent to the lomond lounge, where all drinks were not free you had to pay for premium drinks. That we did not do it would have been nice to have been told that during these unexpected times that the lounge booked was closed , was rather disappointing

Had a very relaxed time in the lounge. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. All hygiene measures were in place and they were adhered to. Would definitely return.

First time in Brs lounges since Covid. Checked in nicely and quick it was quiet so drink order taken with ease. But food was so bad, cold and I couldn’t eat it. Service got worse as it went along. Worst experience in a lounge overall. Won’t book Aspire again.

As ever the welcome was a warm Liverpudlian one, the staff were friendly and attentive without being in your face.The food and drinks on offer were good considering the conditions we are all living under and the lounge is comfortable and nicely refurbished. Would highly recommend a visit anytime and we will be back next year.

We used the Aspire lounge before our flight 26/9/2020. The service and food and drink were excellent even with the limited menu. We felt safe and spent a few hours in the lounge before our flight I would recommend this lounge to anyone especially at these worrying times with COVID they were talking all the necessary measures to look after everyone

We arrived mid afternoon after a stressful journey on the trains. We had our baby son with us so we needed somewhere quiet to rest for a couple of hours. The staff were very attentive and helpful. We found a nice spot in the lounge and felt relaxed and comfortable. The food menu is good, although the portions are small. Worth the money and would use it again.

Fabulous start to the holiday in comfortable and relaxing surroundings, away from the hustle and bustle of the main departure areas. Food was excellent as was the variety, and a reasonable selection of drinks were available
