Love the lounge usually but because of the covid situation it's a waste of money.the food quality was not good and the selection rubbish.until measures are lifted I wont be using again

Loved it, it was quiet, peaceful and we felt exceptionally safe in here has opposed to the hustle and bustle of the airport itself. The service was first class and the breakfast hot and delicious, we would highly recommend the lounge. Until next time thank you for your incredible service

Hi.unfortunately we didn't travel as our holiday was cancelled. And I didn't cancel my booking to the lounge as I I thought it would be short notice. However,when I spoke to Philip regarding a change in times,he was amazing,very helpful and accommodating. So although I cant give a review of the lounge,I will give Philip 5 stars. We hope to book the lounge next year when we travel in June.

From entering to leaving we had a wonderful experience. We were greeted warmly and were told of the services. The choice of food and drink was very good.

Very good experience. Nice and clean and staff really lovely. Food was lovely though choices limited. I realise it’s because of the Covid situation. We will definitely be using again next year. The only thing I didn’t like was the toilets. Not enough of them and not very clean.

I cancelled (Covid)a reservation in January 2020 for a reservation in June 2020 Upon cancellation, an auto response stated that the refund was sent. To date, still no refund issued. Perhaps it is an error but I still am awaiting the refund (8 months) October 2 2020

Arrived early in the morning to a cheerful welcome from staff. Served with an excellent cooked breakfast and plenty of coffee. The lounge was a great place to send two restful hours waiting for my flight.

In the midst of Covid it was exceptionally quiet. Assisted buffet but very relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I much rather relax in the comfort of an executive lounge than sit in the main departure lounge at Bristol airport, particularly during these times when you feel you cant relax. Worth the money as plenty of choices and not much more than a meal and couple of pints in the main departure lounge.

First thing to say that staff were brilliant cannot praise them enough and we felt safe If this pandemic is going to go on much longer than we all thought you will have to become more imaginative about food. Fine for veggies/ vegans which we are not However we will continue to use you as lt is a so much better environment than the main airport

I have used The Lounge at Glasgow Airport twice in recent weeks, my wife and myself booked the more expensive option in The Lomond Lounge on the first occassion. It was excellent, choice and standard of food was superb and great service from your staff. On the second occassion, myself and a group of friends used the less expensive option in what would have beeh The Sky Lounge, however de-canted to The Lomond again. This option was also good for what we required, again friendly and efficwnt staff service and a great place to start your holiday. I would fully recommend both these options to anyone.

The lounge felt safe, restrictions were in place but it was still an enjoyable experience. The food & snacks were good and there was no queueing for drinks
