“Lounge was well laid out, friendly staff and selection of food was good considering the circumstances All in all a great visit and will definitely use again nice relaxing atmosphere”

“Sadly now limited to three drinks per person which I think is unfair as the price was not reduced and this was not stated when booking, we would not have booked if we had known this. Only two staff members to serve everyone so we actually didn't even have time for three drinks before our flight as it took such a long time to be served. I understand this is probably due to covid but I feel if people are booking more staff should be available.”

“The place itself was lovely. However the food was very poor quality and not much selection. Scones were hard. Cooked breakfast was not of good quality and the bacon sandwiches were cold also. There was only one type of gin which was a very poor level. All in all I wouldn’t book it again”

“Used the Bristol lounge many times and unfortunately I cannot recommend it during COVID restrictions. Not all the lounges fault as baggage opens late meaning you can only get an hour in the lounge. Also limited to alcoholic three drinks which makes the £30 price tag seem steep.”

“Newcastle lounge was and relaxing environment , staff helpful when available ( went missing a lot , tables not cleaned ,no one available at times ) limited food choice , breakfast was nice , scrambled egg very poor , make your own pancakes excellent, no one available to demonstrate for about 10min , lunch menu was not very appealing , may be just a sandwich or more basic meal as an alternative.”

“Went to the lounge with my sister. Food was good, drinks were good. Nice, relaxing place to sit. Staff were friendly, man behind was very funny. Good start to the holiday! Thank you!”

“Everywhere was safe and staff were excellent. The only reason I have not given it a 5 star is because I had a sausage Bap and the sausages were overcooked - possibly microwaved for too long. Sorry I did not complain at the time. Yes we will go again!”

“Having pre-booked the lounge through DragonPass the Luton lounge system kept saying that my card was not activated even though my card has been used in this lounge and many others for over 2 years and despite my wife’s card being accepted by your system which is on the identical shared bank account at NatWest. It took a ridiculous amount of time to be let in only after I had to call DragonPass who confirmed that my card is indeed active and valid. Extremely poor.”

“Very limited selection, vegetable tagine with rice (rice was sour and was returned to kitchen ) On offer was only bacon roll , sausage roll ,soup and small wrapped biscuits definitely not value for money”
