As there was a 3 drink per person limit during our visit to Aspire lounge our complete party was extremely disappointed. We were told that it was necessary to stay within the aviation guidelines because of cover 19 however we since discovered that other lounges did not have the same policy. Also we were not aware of this when booking so now feel that we did not get value for money and would most certainly not have booked had we known. Apparently is was mentioned on the website but it must have been buried somewhere in the small print. As a party of 5 regular travellers abroad we will not be using Aspire lounges in the future

Everything was fine under the circumstances. Food was just okay and the hot water for my tea was Luke warm. I’m sure the normal menu is very good but I didn’t feel it was worth the money I paid at this time. Also, I did think there would have been a private bathroom to use. I had to leave the lounge to go back out into the airport to use their facilities.

We visited and was extremely pleased with all the efforts to deal with current covid issues we are dealing with. All staff were very pleasant and followed the strict guidelines . Quality of.food.and drink was excellent albeit restricted which we understood. The restrictions on 3 drinks did not sit well with us as you were able to buy bottles of Champagne and everyone has a different threshold. You should review this rule.

Have used Lounges many many times before. However using the Aspire in T1 at Manchester on 6th September was very disappointing. I had treated our travelling companions to experience the lounge and I suspect on the strength of the visit they would not bother again. Not very much in the way of snacks and the cooked food choice was limited to 2 and quite frankly very poor

We always book executive lounges but this was the first time with social distancing. It was all being dealt with wonderfully. Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Did feel the food option could be extended as there wasnt a great choice. Only single measures were being served, would have been better if you coukd have doubles.

Enjoyed our visit at Manchester T1; it was relaxing and the service was good but the food was a little disappointing. I had a cooked breakfast which was small and pretty cold.

Food poor to say the least - furniture past is best and shabby. Disgusted to find out that drinks limited to 3 per customer - why was this not clearly shown on line when booking ? It worked out cheaper to buy drinks from bar in the main lounge. Don’t dare excuse this because of corona virus ! It is just your way of cutting costs. Never again will we book the aspire lounge - total rip off

The lounge was clean & tidy. The lady at reception tried to get us to sit right by entrance doors but we walked further in and found empty tables in a quieter spot. The food & soup was hot and had a good favor . Though if you didn’t like spicy food think you would have been disappointed as there were no other options. We will definitely use the lounges again.

We always book the lounges and have always enjoyed them however with all the extra worry with Covid-19 we were apprehensive. We really shouldn’t of been, even with the Covid restrictions in place, it was worth the money! The team working were extra careful and the service was fantastic. The tables and surfaces were spotless. Will definitely book again next month.

We really enjoyed our visit in the Lounge it is very relaxing and has lovely comfortable seating areas. I am a nervous flyer and the Lounge really calms me before my flight. There is a really nice choice of food and drink to choose from, I am definitely using the Executive Lounge before all my future flights, definitely recommended.

I was very disappointed with the lounge, just about got a seat, under staffed, approx 10 people at a times waiting at the bar to get a drink with 1 member of staff serving, no cold food, as soon as it was put out it was gone, what surprises me is that you know how many people you book in, and are happy to take the money!!! I felt sorry for the staff , will never return.
