Not a very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly, but the food was limited (as was the drink) and there was no fresh salad. In fact the choice of food was very poor for a vegetarian and/or someone who wants a healthy meal. It was good to have a quiet-ish place to sit but the "quiet" area was full of noisy groups of people. Probably not worth the money.

In these Covid times it certainly was a different experience than usual. The whole time in the lounge we felt safe and social distancing was observed and monitored by the lounge staff. Even with the restrictions put in place regarding the amount of drinks you could have the lounge is still a excellent way to start you truly needed vacation in these strange times.

Used this lounge twice now both pre and post covid. Both experiences have been excellent. Was a little apprehensive flying with covid restriction in place but have to say the lounge was organised and everyone was wearing their masks when needed. Nice hot food delivered to our table and snacks available through out our stay. Things where replenished as fast as the staff could get it done and always followed by an apology for our wait although it was only a few min.

Greeted by pleasant staff, all new rules explained. All food was boxed but limited menu just now, had to wait for more food to be put out. Had wine which was nice enough. Good WiFi Everywhere clean, nice and relaxed, would definitely use again.

Staff were disorganised. Even taking COVID restrictions into account the food was very poor - almost inedible. Drink selection also poor. Tea and coffee tepid. Seating not very comfortable. Will not return.

Always use the lounge when ever I can. Appreciated the booking for 12 of us. Due to Covid it was very different by enjoyable all the same. The only negative was by the time some of us went to order our 2nd meal they had run out of bread rolls and a bacon and sausage in a box is not quite the same. Very helpful staff. Will be booking again.

Very disappointed with staff I was asked four times by the same lady if I had been checked in ..I was meant to feel like I had not paid I was extremely embarrassed & then angry ..I did say how do I have my cutlery if Iv not been checked in and when she finally Found the man who checked us in there was no apology ! I was very disappointed with the choice of drinks no barcardie no Baileys and a charge for Prosecco ! Also very poor selection of snacks Don’t think I will book again Iv had much better service with other companies

Having used your service many times, but not at Luton airport, we were very disappointed. We were served cold beer in a warm glass and was met with distain when I asked for a cold glass. The food was very poor. Was told we had to pay if we wanted prosecco, which we have never had to do it the past. Would probably not use again which is a shame as we have always found your services to ge excellent .

Table not cleaned, limits on drinks & the worst selection of food ever known in our experience of lounges. Executive lounges should refund our costs, please refund & make cheque payable to I Taylor.

Waited 10mins for someone to come and check us in. There was one person checking in and serving at the bar so when you wanted a drink you also had to wait 10mins minimum. Tables were not cleared so struggled finding somewhere to sit, ended up cleaning our own table and using hand sanitiser to sterilise the table top. Food variety was poor, veggie casserole and pork cider casserole which was too sweet, plus it was all lukewarm as it’s been sitting out on the side in boxes. I understand extra safety measures are taken into account for COVID-19 but it comes across that they’re using that as an excuse to provide a cheap and lazy service.

Whilst it’s difficult time’s and safety measures in place were very good, 1 sausage cut in half on dry bun not great given probably only approx 12 people in lounge

As a nervous flyer, I prefer the peace and quiet of the Lounge. Its decoration is subtle and restful and there is plenty of comfortable seating. Despite the current Corona difficulties, it felt safe and there was still a good selection of food and drink. The whole experience was a very good start to our holiday and I would not hesitate to book again. This is not the first time we have used this Lounge and it will certainly not be the last. Well done!

Lovely, relaxing stay in the Club Aspire Lounge Gatwick North Terminal on 3/9/2020. Very friendly and courteous staff, the lounge was very clean and all surfaces and tables were re-cleaned regularly. I had the Pork Casserole with mash and a conchiglie pesto salad, washed down with two glasses of a good white wine. I felt very safe and the staff were re-assuring, excellent service and I shall be back again next month!

I booked for 4 people on 22nd August £21.99 per person for 3rd September for 3 hours commencing 15.15 in the lounge. It was very disappointing to find on arrival at the airport that we could only check in 2 hours before flight so by the time we checked in and found that the lounge had been relocated in a different are of the airport. We were given no notification of the change therefore we only had roughly 1 hour and 30mins in the lounge despite having paid for the full 3 hours.

Not pleased that the limit of drinks is 3 per passenger. Yes, it does say it in the small print when booking but cannot understand the reasoning. You will say because of Covid, even though there is No difference between 3 drinks and unlimited given there is a screen at the bar and we have to wear masks. If you are restricting the menu, this should be reflected in the price you charge. This smacks of trying to rip off customers all in the name of health. Used you a lot but will not be returning

Nice quiet area before flying. However I thought it was quite expensive for what was on offer. Understand re COVID-19 but then the price should also change
