Usually a really good start to any holiday however during the current climate of covid this is not the case. Food was still really good however for the cost of £32 only being able to have 3 half beers does not provide value for money.

Dreadful. We booked online for 26th August from 15.1 5 to 17.30 arrived at lounge to be told they shut at 17.00 this was not on the website at all so I paid 100 plus for 4 people for just over an hour absolutely disgusting not a pleasant experience really angry total mess don't blame covid you should be making this clear on the website

Absolutely excellent service and facilities, very well handled under the current situation. Staff went above and beyond to cater for my children and a lower fat option for me (trying to be good, even on holiday). Would normally book into No1 lounge but they were closed, and actually I think next time we fly from Birmingham I will choose Aspire.

I normally use the Clubroom but I couldn't get a booking. I actually bought the ticket as a treat for a friend and he absolutely loved it! It was his first time and I preordered him a Blackbird cocktail, which he loved! He'd do it again, he said

Really good. The C19 restrictions were well managed - and we felt quote safe. The selection of buffet food was 'not as usual' - although it was a very good attempt. My daughter a vegetarian was a little disappointed in her selection.

Unfortunately due to the fact of the busy pass control and all specific time issues I got No time to visit your lounge and get any enjoyed food so far. Hope next time I will join your lovely lounge and get some mill for my money. I understood that during this specific time all arrangements are very difficult to point out but could be better at least give us some food to take away to eat it on board. Best regards

Staff as usual, really friendly and helpful. Food selection was not to the usual standard, but I understand we all have to sacrifice a little during this Pandemic . I enjoy the Edinburgh lounges, the atmosphere and staff gives that extra boost .

The lounge at London Luton offers a great selection of drinks and snacks. We also enjoyed the breakfast that was on offer which was hot, fresh and tasty. There are plenty of separate areas if you’re looking for a quiet space for some sanctuary, spa and showers. You really feel you receive a luxury service for a low price.

The advert made it seem that with the current pandemic that the lounges would be geared more towards table service. I didn’t mind so much that I had to do self-service as that’s what you would typically expect but the advert did give off a different impression. Otherwise it was a comfortable visit, nice lounge but more charging points or charging pads would have been really useful.

We were quite late in booking in but the girl that eventually came to the reception was really miserable! It took us quite a time to book in (even though I had the details on my phone.) She obviously didn’t want to be in work that morning, but this was the start of our long awaited holiday! We have had 2 bad experiences in this lounge but was hoping the first was a one off. We definitely will not be booking a lounge for our next flight.
