I know the current situation with COVID makes it harder for the lounge to look inviting but I just feel that the food could have looked more inviting.

Great Staff, Great Service and Great Atmosphere!!! :) Options in terms of food were limited, however, understandable due to Covid-19.

I arrived on a Sunday.....there was a limited amount of food/snack available...the only food available to me as a vegetarian was the smallest salad in a cup cake container. the white wine served was of the poorest quality and warm. It was very disappointing.,I have visited lounges many times and this was the worst ever

It was quiet and comfortable and well worth it for a long wait at the airport.

We used the lounge as I am a nervous flyer so the relaxed atmosphere helps. The staff were great as there seemed to be a problem with my entry ticket scanning properly. The food was not great at all though - the vege sausage sandwich was quite unpalatable and the bacon sandwich was only just passable - my son ate his as it was very early in the morning and he needed breakfast before getting on the plane otherwise he would have left it. May be the covid-19 restrictions affected the catering facilities but I won't use the facility again because the quality of the food was definitely was not good enough.

After finally getting through check inn which took over an hour. Me and my family had literally 20 minutes in this lounge, so for us is wasn’t worth the money. Also they had very little food because of Covid .. however I do believe they could offer more choices of food and they didn’t even have the option of Prosecco at the bar and this is a must for me at the start of a holiday.. paid £26 per person and got a sausage bap and a very small glass of white wine.. not worth it atal in my opinion

Was actually very disappointed with every aspect. The food was very limited and literally unsuitable for children. There were no children options available but yet we were still charged for a child’s entry. Felt like we definitely overpaid for an experience we didn’t receive. Was going to actually send an email stating my issues.

The front desk staff very nice. The cleaning lady however wasn’t cleaning and disinfecting the tables AT ALL - I had to wipe crumbs off the table, and SEATS myself after waiting for quite some time for her to come up. I later noticed she wasn’t wiping other tables either. . . Food and drink choices are on the lower scale of adequate unfortunately - I’d rather pay more, and have a choice of some healthy food options - non-sugary drinks, fresh juices (juicer behind the bar would be a great?), and other natural items, like home made salads or soups.

Not worth it. Almost zero food. Check in took forever. Pretty depressing all round. Appreciate that's COVID reality but at least try. I'll take my chances with the great unwashed out on the concourse next time.

Absolutely awful! Only 2 sausage sandwiches were available when we arrived so had to wait 20 mins for them to be served. Only croissant and scone available that were not fresh at all. Had to wait 20 mins to be served at the bar. My boyfriend was vegan so couldn’t eat anything. Complete waste of money.

We was very disappointed with our visit to the Aspire Lounge at Gatwick North. The check in process wasn’t particularly warm or welcoming to start with. Once we had sat down we went to take a look at what food was on offer, and it was incredibly limited. Pre portioned yoghurts in plastic pots with very tight portions, limited fruit and cereal options. There was an area where hot food was to be served but this was empty, and when food was placed here it creates a surge of people to the area. When we finally got the chance to try the limited choice of either bacon roll or sausage roll, we was very disappointed with the quality as it was clear they had used cheap supermarket bread. We then headed to the bar for a drink and was served average wine in very small glasses. Overall we found the whole experience underwhelming and incredibly poor value for for money. We’d paid almost £28 each and received a very poor selection of cheap food and 2 ‘thimbles’ of wine. We travel regularly and would normally use the No1 Lounge or the Clubrooms, we most certainly would not return to the aspire lounge.

Food choices very poor. Said on website scones, jam and clotted cream available! No it wasn't. No cleaning of tables, no social distancing measures, food looked like something a cat would bring up and still charging full price for an experience very different to the past. Customers having to pay full price in order for the lounge to apparently open up with safe measures!! Not appropriate . Used covid 19 as an excuse for the bad service. Then as apparently a gesture of good will offer 10 or 15 percent off of the next visit 🤔. That's not acceptable.

Very poor. On arrival we were told the lounge was closing earlier than we'd planned. Service was slow and inattentive. Food choice was atrocious, with basically a box of what looked like vomit. Not the experience I'd paid for to avoid Wetherspoons. Imagine my delight at leaving to see as fully functional airport bar (The Factory) that was also offering 'Eat Out to Help Out' Basically a very expensive departure lounge, with no benefits.

This was my worst lounge experience ever; and I have used airport lounges regularly. The range of food was very poor and what was available was not hot just warm. When I asked for a bread roll to go with my Luke warm soup there were non available. Drinks in plastic glasses!! No butter for the meagre selection of cheese and biscuits. All in all I feel as if I have been conned out of my entrance fee and I would rather have stayed on the main airport bars where it seems service, quality and range of products were much more appealing. Not a good experience in any way and unless things improve dramatically I will not be using this lounge again. The people with me are all of the same opinion.

Considering all the COVID restrictions, the lounge was running flawlessly. Great measures and all the staff were super helpful and polite. Was slightly nervous about using a lounge with everything going on but would do so in an instant!
