Our visit this to the Espire Lounge at Amsterdam Air Port Schiphol was a disaster On August 23 on entering the lounge there was no choise of food except some old slalad dry bread and what they had was not fit to eat . For 60 euro's you would expect a proper meal or sandwiches but we were so dissapointed that we immediatly left and order food elswhere. I must say that last year was better but this year was truly a disaster. I hope you understand that paying that much for such poor quality is truly sad They should really do better in the future Kind regards

Restricting alcohol to 3 drinks only and a reduced food buffet yet still charging full price is unacceptable. The food is of poor quality and so is the range of choice, it was very slow in being replenished. Only hot meat meal was mustard pork and mash. No pork in it and it was basically lukewarm slop. Nobody ate it after tasting it. Very poor value for money.

I know that we're in a pandemic, but when booked I was advised the lounge opened at 4, we arrived at 4.15 and had to wait 45 minutes. You should really have advised your revised opening times. Onto the food. Pathetic. Your buffet was excellent in the past. I'm fully aware that this isn't currently a viable way to serve your food, but a choice of a DRY roll with either a couple of bits of dry bacon, or a halved sausage (NO butter!), then having to practically beg a sullen, disinterested member of your team for sauce to wet the horrible dry roll, is not an acceptable alternative. If I'd known just how poor our time with you was going to be, I definitely wouldn't have bothered. To be charging the same money for MUCH less isn't good. Sorry, I'm flying several times in the near future, I definitely will not be using your service until we're back to normal.

I was disappointed- in large part due to the changes that needed to be made due to covid but also because the WiFi was non-existent, the surroundings were drab and the staff were not particularly welcoming.

Whilst I was very disappointed to be told it was a maximum of 3 drinks per person because of COVID19 the staff at Newcastle were simply amazing. Particularly the manager who was exceptional. Great stuff particularly as it was their first day of opening following the lockdown.

Very safe and pleasant experience. Accepting that things are not going to be perfect in the current climate, I found it to be an enjoyable experience. It’s was very clean with helpful friendly staff.

We were delayed on way to airport and only had literally 10 minutes in the lounge. However the food was basic, and not much choice. We knew it was a reduced menu due to the covid-19 situation but I wasn't impressed with the selection at all and it certainly wasn't worth the £55 or so we paid for 2 people. Disappointed.

A very welcoming reception on arrival, bar team very prompt. Limited food in packages due to present situation. Obviously presentation was hard to achieve in a box! Over all great experience

As such the lounge met all my expectations. The only reason why I don't give it 5 starts is because of the time constraint. The pass that I bought only gave me access for 3 hours. If I needed more time I had to buy another full pass for 3 hours even though I only needed 1 additional hour. I have been to many different lounges before and I don't recall ever having had a time constraint before. It would be nice to know what the reason for the time limit is? Is it to ensure flow of people due to lack of space in the lounge or is it to limit peoples intake of food and drinks?

Lounge itself is reasonably comfortable, bar staff pleasant, the food quality was well below expectations. Very poor choice, awful packaging and so called “sausage roll” was not eatable ( must have been cooked long in advance and left in the hot cabinet for a very long time ) . As for snack selection ... there was none except some sweaty cheese wrapped in plastic and crackers . Very poor , BP petrol stations offer better and fresher choice .
