Due to covid food options limited (understandable) but food only just warm.drinks and service very good.

I was not impressed with the poor poor selection . As I don't eat bacon, plus my wife is a vegetarian / gluten free . And there was nothing for her. Also what's with the small plastic cups of 3 alholic drinks per person. Very poor . This would not be to bad if you paid half price for the lounge and not top dollar.

Quiet, convenient location for my flight, food was hot and tasty, wine was ok, could have done with a better quality Sauvignon blanc from NZ. Ambience was pleasant whilst I was there and WiFi was excellent throughout. Overall it was a a pleasant few hours

No toilets in the lounge - so no sense of privilege. Food poor; little choice and the sausage bap was dried up and tasteless. No papers. Staff surly. The most disappointing lounge I have visited and the biggest waste of money (over £30 a head for a dried sausage bap and cup of coffee). Will not visit again.

The lounge was spacious and although drinks and food were limited, it enabled us to do business activities

It was useful for us as we have a 9 month old baby but paying what we did I expected alot better. The food choice was very poor and the staff weren't rude, but seemed like they didn't want to be there. I get that these are challenging times but customer service of a high standard should still be in place.

Visiting the lounge was worth every penny! To be able to sit down, have a drink and something to eat in peace and quiet was great. Although the food was served in small portions in throw away containers (due to COVID), it was very tasty. I will definitely be using this facility again without a doubt!

to be fair the lounge was clean and safe but no real instructions or communications on what to do or what was available once inside. We did say the we would probably try another lounge next time Safe clean and useable though during these tough times

Under current Covid restrictions the menu was understandably restricted but the Staff were friendly and helpful,A great place to meet friends who were using the Lounge for the first time and will like us undoubtedly use the Lounge on our future travels

Staff were really great, lounge was comfortable and plenty of charging points. Menu limited due to COVID-19 but what was on offer was tasty.

I did write about my recent visit, but didn’t here back. I travelled on 6th August and said how disappointed I was with the breakfast offering. Although I understand it was a limited menu from the norm, but one burnt sausage cut into two in a dry roll is far below your normal offering. Was it deep fat fried? I couldn’t eat it!! Appart from the poor catering, the lounge was great as always, just a shame how poor the breakfast was.

I have visited the Lounge many times before, for my surprise this time the lounge was dirty,no food available, the staff were irritated and the overall experience was a completely waste of money. I hope the Lounge manage to go back to the brilliant standard they used to have, right now I won't bother to visit again.

Was very quiet , which was expected considering the COVID situation and early hour. Only one option for hot food which was foil wrapped sausage in a roll. Could at least have had bacon roll as my wife doesn’t like sausage. In the end a welcome respite from the surprisingly busy main thoroughfare.

Food was very poor - breakfast : There was only a stale sausage bap and a cup of yoghurt and a pre packaged shop bought muffin (which I couldn’t eat!). Understanding it was due to Covid however a warning should be given before paying £25 for entry to no food options OR how about providing a shield over the food and having a member of staff serving a hot breakfast? I would not return.

I booked the executive lounge 12th july for 5th August when i got to the lounge it was closed. I was annoyed to think they took my money knowing it wasn't open.
