Myself and a friend happened to be the first two visitors to the Brand New Aspire Lounge at Edinburgh Airport. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food & Beverages: Excellent, Will definitely return

Really impressed, we usually use No.1 lounge but it hadn’t reopened by the time we travelled. The staff were lovely, a nice large table had been reserved us as we a party of 5. The food was very good though understandably the choice was limited. Excellent glass of french rose too. Will definitely use this lounge again.

Very poor food if you only allow three drinks per person due to COVID I don’t understand why you should reduce the price

Booked the Luton lounge but my flight was cancelled so I transferred by lounge booking to Gatwick for an alternative flight with no problems. Great to see the lounge open - the only one at Gatwick. Departure lounge had very few food options open so was handy getting in to the lounge. I was told to use my original Luton airport booking reference but it wasn’t recognised at the entrance so spent a little longer than usual clarifying my booking. The bar was still fully stocked and the reduced menu was pretty good. The hot food option looked unappetising but tasted great! For sweet there wasn’t a great range but the cream tea scones were nice. Staff were great as ever and the lounge was so quiet it was a pleasant stay whilst awaiting our flight.

Lovely experience at the start of my holiday. Very clean and quiet plenty of space. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A good selection of drinks and food.

Limited food options, had to ask for vegetarian and all they had was a veggie sausage in a bap. Left and went to Wetherspoons, which was much better. Waste of money

Very hard to find a member of staff to serve me. Tables left with dishes and not wiped- would not return. Soup pots half full- total waste of money

Staff were great. With covid restrictions it felt like poor value for money, selection of food was poor and my kids did not eat much. It was great to have a table reserved however our table did not have any plugs to charge devices.

Shocking! There was supposed to be table service to comply with Covid social distancing, there wasn't. The staff spent more time in the room behind the bar, laughing and joking than actually being up front with the customers. All drinks served in plastic glasses. Waste of £160.00

It is difficult to review as we did not have enough time before our transit flight to enjoy any food, etc. However, we did use the shower facility which was OK but we did expect to have access to a toilet, which we did not.

I booked on line for the lounge , for three adults and three children, when we got there we were told they were due to close at 16:50 when our flight didn’t leave till 18:30! The manager eventually let us in for one drink! Still waiting for my money back !!! So poor why take the booking when you close so early !!!!!!!!

Due to the current situation around COVID-19 the lounge experience was very nice and relaxing the staff were incredible very clean and tidy The food was fresh and delicious and plentiful and the price was very reasonable

We booked the lounge from 15.00 to 18.00 We were not told that the lounge closed at 17.00 when we booked or when we checked in We were given plastic cups to drink out of and the food was very limited and not replenished We were very disappointed to tell the truth We always use lounges before we fly and as regular travellers we are use to a better service

Unfortunately both Inverness and Bristol on my return were both closed So my bookings had been Cancelled by yourselves As they were in March when I last tried to use them both But both wonderful lounges ( both of the Bristol ones) and the staff in inverness are very helpful and attentive Always look forward to using them

I booked the lounge for my cousin, Victor King. Because of now having to fly from Heathrow he had a very long journey and something to eat and somewhere comfortable to sit was important to me as he is 79. We had looked on line at the food available and the fact that it was table service. There was basically no food and it was self-service. He managed to get some tomato soup in a polystyrene cup. There was no bread or rolls and eventually he "filled" himself up with a hot chocolate. As he said, at least he had somewhere comfortable to sit and he did have some wine. One of the staff there had such a short skirt on that when she bent over, knickers were revealed. Regards, Sheena
