Sorry but did not recently visitors, as our holiday plans cancelled due to Coronavirus, but our previous visits were first class

Clean, tranquil, courteous and professional. A reassuring air of calm during a time of travel uncertainty, and an appreciated presence with the lounge being up and running within Heathrow Terminal 5.

Have you not heard of Covid 19? I have tried for a refund. Submitting all the received information I had. To no avail. Not yet received, not impressed. I will use Aspire lounge at Bristol Airport again. Because it’s the only one there.

Not worth the money. The Only hot food was a veggie Sausage In a roll , coffee was out of a machine. Very disappointed

I like the fact that traveling all over the world there is always a place at the airport for some quiet time and possibilities to relax waiting for next flight. But I miss a swimming pool......should be on the roof of course.....

Great food, great drink and great service. I can only imagine what it would be like at Heathrow T5 Aspire lounge without Covid restrictions on place! Well done to all the staff in very challenging circumstances.

Unfortunately, did not meet my expectation. Receptionist at the time I arrived was rude claiming I was not entitled to enter because of my flight ticket details. She did not apologise when I explained to her I had paid for the time and service. I tried to give her proof of purchase and my paperwork which she should have taken from me/processed when I tried to pass it to her immediately on arrival. She was not helpful or welcoming! The food selection was not as described on your website and very poor. I ate a rotting salad and cold, yucky pasta. The portion sizes were not suited to a healthy adult, more for small children. Plenty of unhealthy fat foods such as cake though. Ample beverages, however, and comfortable to sit but not to rest. Toilets satisfactory too. Overall, I would have had more for my money had I spent the time elsewhere in the airport. But, you get what you pay for!

The booking process was very confusing and was unable to use my booking after paying for it. The website asks for the flight details for departure, and on the confirmation page shows a 'check in time' which is exactly 3 hours before the departure of the flight, next to the departure time of the flight. This looks like a notice about when one should be checking in for the flight - it is not clear that this is the time one is allowed to check in to the lounge. I was on an 8-hour layover and needed lounge access for the whole time. On later reading of the web page, the FAQ indicates that the booking is only for 3 hours. On discussion with 'customer support' on the web page, I was told that Aspire bookings were for '3 hour slots' - however, it is *impossible* to use a 3 hour slot since one has to be at the gate a minimum of 45 minutes before the flight, or longer for USA flights (which is what I was taking). Customer support told me that they opened a complaint ticket (I was given number 187453) but weeks later no-one has communicated with me.

I love to Aspire Plus Lounge, its a lot quitter and relaxed and food is much better. I have been in on a Sunday and nearer closing and the choice is limited and when I have asked for hot food they state there is none left due to the time. As you pay a lot for this lounge I think there should be availability at whatever time you go in. I do find the normal lounge often runs out of food in Newcastle, but I think this is due to the cliental that gets into lounge, its often a free for all. I go into the Bristol Lounge a lot and its a different experience

We enjoyed our stay at the Heathrow Terminal 3 Club Aspire lounge back in March. Although a little on the busy side, the food was very nice and there were enough tables for everyone.

My wife and I have booked the lounges a few times now and gave always found the staff very helpful and the food is of a good variety depending on the times if the day. No problem. We will hopefully keep using them

We had a fantastic time it was relaxing, quite And chilled food was plenty and very nice hot and a good variety. Newspapers and magazines Was not over crowded there was times when a lot of people where leaving and a lot of people coming in but it did not affect us. Would book again.
