For the price we paid for six adults to go into the lounge, the food was just not up to parr. Three of us didn’t eat anything

A haven from the chaos of the departure lounge, peaceful and you have your own space. On my visit the room was slightly disturbed by one woman who felt that her conversation on her phone was interesting enough for everyone to listen to, it was not, but this is hardly the fault of the lounge. Drinks were generous which made my eight hours in economy pass more bearably. Food was plentiful but I would have preferred it if the Gluten Free food was a bit more segregated, I had to eat cheese as I could not be confident that there was no cross contamination. However I am not complaining as cheese and wine are a fabulous combination. It is worth the money

Unfortunately we were unable to use the lounge due to flight cancellation but after speaking to the help line we agreed to take a voucher to use once things were back to normal. We were in receipt of a deal for the second person at half price and they said they would honour the deal on any rebooking. Excellent service

Visited Birmingham 3 times since December but NOT in March because it was closed......Will you be extending my annual pass for the duration of non availability due to the corona virus? I appreciate you had to follow government advice on this of course.

Unfortunately we didn’t get to stay in the lounge this year due to the coronavirus but I cannot express how well they handled the bookings, direct contact and a full refund. Brilliant service, thank you 😀

Spent a ton of time signing up for the Lounge ticket, only to be told when I got to the lounge that there was no food being offered. Super inconvenient and annoying! You think the guy I spoke to on the phone would have mentioned there was no food available when I was purchasing the lounge ticket... I wont be returning to this lounge again

We used the new lounge at Edinburgh airport , there was plenty of choice of food and drink ,the staff were all friendly and pleasant , it was lovely relaxing start to our holiday

Even though we couldn't visit the lounge due to the circumstances.... They were efficient in giving us a refund back. We didn't have to fill any forms in and the customer services dealt with it all. I always use the lounge when I am going away as it is worth every penny. The lounge is clean and set out well and the food is always replenished. You don't have to wait at all to be served at the bar and the waiters and waitresses are very friendly and professional.

I booked the lounge as it was my wife’s first time flying. Was extremely disappointed having paid £45 for two of us. The vegetarian options for breakfast were very limited, consisting of eggs and beans. I’d add vegetable sausages to that list but the fact that it took 20 minutes for them to be cooked means they’re not worth a mention. Toast make up an important part of any breakfast however your lounge had buns (unbuttered and untoasted). You didn’t even have a toaster. All in all a very poor experience and not something I’d book again as it’s not worth the money.

Excellent Customer Service and welcoming staff. Plenty of food, which was re-stocked regularly. Slight restriction on choice of beverages, but not a major issue. Very comfortable surroundings. Thank you Executive Lounges
