Very impressed with aspire lounge. Smart and friendly staff. Excellent variety of food. Will definitely recommend it to friends

This is for previous visits. My booking for 25/05/2020 was cancelled. The airline cancelled the flight in March so there was no need to use the Aspire Lounge

We use the Aspire Lounge Luton a lot and the staff are always so friendly and helpfully. It always makes a great start to your holiday. We have been Aspire members for a number of years and will continue to stay a member.

Sorry as we were in lockdown we were not able to use your executive lounge.Our holiday was also cancelled. My mistake in not cancelling the booking. We Will hopefully in the future be using your lounges again.

Unfortunately due to Covid19 our trip didn't go ahead but Executive Lounges arranged a very prompt refund. Just took one quick email with my reference number number. Used the facilities before and will do again. Great service and great value.

Hi mark this a very good star but must say this was for last year. Was booked in for 7th may this year but as all airports were closed could not use the lounge. Have tried to get a refund but have left messages on answer machine to this affect but so far no reply.

we got our recent stay to the lounge cancelled. no fault of the lounge in current situation. but my previous visits have always been excellent and relaxing leave all the hassle and crowds downstairs. will be back when we next fly

We didn't manage to get our visit to the lounge due to the coronavirus outbreak. However Executive Lounges refunded the fee direct to our bank account. No problems. Just looking forward to being able to use the lounge as soon as possible.

We have had our trip cancelled due to COVID 19 and have not used the executive lounge. We have not been able to have our money refunded so very disappointed with British airways and executive lounges as they have said we will receive a voucher which we do not know when we will be able to use it

I had my booking cancelled due to Corona virus. I am still waiting for my refund of £57.58. Ref no MAN2-1240585-ASP. I can review better when refunded.

Good facilities. Very crowded when we arrived though, so no place for sitting together with the four of us. This gives impression of lacking capacity management.
