Disabled access was good, seating was comfortable but the food was awful! It was not hot, very difficult to eat out of a box, no plate was offered and the staff weren't very helpful. Certainly was not value for money and covid-19 is no excuse! Very disappointing start to our holiday.

Poor. No baby high chair available and that was already in use. Meal/snacks inadequate. Lounge was crowded. Will not be using again.

Worse experiance ever. No social distancing what so ever. Head office staff not interested when complained nor are the lounge staff. Food well dried up scones and food served in a box that looks like a cross between sick and dog food. Limited to three drinks in thimble glasses. Avoid at all costs. Use the no1 lounges. Much more better and worth the money

the buffet choice was acceptable the hot food choice was only ok if you are vegan bar and staff all good but everybody was moaning about the hot food choice know it is difficult but maybe a change of chef should be considered if they only prepare these types of dishes

Very much enjoyed our stay in the lounge. Plenty of space for everyone, comfortable seating and the reduced COVID menu of wrapped breakfast meals was good.

It was the first time we used the Lounge because of the Covid Situation and we probably wont use it again. first of all it was tiny and wasn't very plush as we had expected. Our meal came in a paper box like on the aeroplane which was just awful and it was teeny with not much choice. The beverages were quite limited and served in bottles. I expected proper plates and cutlery... it just wasn't worth the money we paid. you even had to leave the lounge to use the toilets which kind of defeated the object of using it in the first place! The member of staff on the meet and greet reception didnt have much of a personality either - not very friendly. Our waitress was lovely though. Wont book this one next time - the other lounge that was closed looked much more spacious and nicer.

I have to say I was very disappointed in the lounge this time. Apparently I should’ve got an email telling me of the limited service and food available but I did not. I paid £75 for my sister myself and my cousin and my other cousin paid her £25. And for my £75 all there was available was a small meal in a cardboard box and you were allowed to glasses of wine so I felt it to be very expensive and not worth it at all. However the girl who was serving us was really lovely and explained I should’ve got an email saying about the limited things available and she did give us a glass of Prosecco each but as I say for the £75 I paid it was really not worth it and I left disappointed thinking I wouldn’t use the lounge again on that basis sadly 😞

Staff lovely, but the food was super basic. A sausage bap, with one sausage, no sauce and a microwaved soup which was cold. Wouldn’t use this lounge again if the others are open. Staff welcoming, polite and kind, thanks to them

Visited lounge in Edinburgh service and staff excellent as always Aware of need for changes due to Co Vid 19 but puzzled by no trays for carrying food bit tricky if you are travelling alone Also capped drink quota may be some reasoning behind it I never overindulge but found cap a bit restrictive

I understand that the current climate means things need to be different, but I disappointed with my first visit to the executive lounge. We flew to Dalaman on what was supposed to be our wedding day, so I booked the lounge as an experience for us to lighten the blow. As an NHS worker whose continued to work through the pandemic, I was pleased to see that I was able to get discount through holiday extras. However, when attempting to book through them, I was told the lounge was full. I checked directly through executive lounge website and was able to book but had to pay full price. We only spent 45 mins in the lounge as was called to the plane an hour before our flight. Wasn’t able to make full use of facilities, which weren’t great anyway. The lady behind the counter was very unhappy and difficult. The food was cold and we had to wait ages for it and the whole room was noisy. I won’t be booking again as I feel it was a total waste of £70. Could get the same experience for that money in the usual departure lounge.

EXCELLENT experience, particularly in times of Covid19. The set up in the lounge had been very well thought through and it was clear to see the staff were DELIGHTED to be back and working. The food and drinks on offer were as good as ever and our 2 hours in the lounge made for a very relaxing start to our holiday. We have nothing but praise for Aspire at Newcastle🙂🙂🙂🙂
