“Quiet and pleasant. A bit busy at times but acceptable. Division of business and holidaymakers a bit off putting, because furnishings obviously more comfortable.”

“I WISH THE LOUNGE HAD MORE SEATING .THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT - HOT FOOD ,SCONES WITH BUTTER AND CREAM AND JAM .YOU DON'T OFTEN GET THAT IN A LOUNGE .I AM ONLY SMALL AND HAD A BIT OF A JOB REACHING THE BUFFET - IT WAS HIGHER THAN USUAL .IT WAS GOOD THERE WERE TOILETS RIGHT BY THE LOUNGE ,AND IN ALL IT WAS A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.”

“The facilities in the lounge are good. However, the fact that you need to leave the lounge to use the toilet is not particularly convenient (pardon the pun). The staff were pleasant and helpful and on the whole I would be happy to use the lounge again.”

“My flight was an early one so the lounge was very quiet. Coffee was good and plentiful. Breakfast was a good choice of hot and cold food. The lounge was situated close to my boarding gate. Staff were very attentive.”

“Good place to stay before your flight. The service is very good, the food on offer is quite acceptable. The only annoying thing is that some passengers with low social responsibility are able to buy their way to Aspire plus and get drunk and noisy. This is quite unusual though for this lounge.”

“This was myself and my wife’s first visit to the lounge and we didn’t quite know what to do to make the best of our visit such as could we have toast or perhaps a fried egg but what we did experience we definitely enjoyed our time in Aspire and we would definitely visit again”

“Facilities are good and on this occasion it was not busy so far better than attempting to find a seat or clean toilets in Nairobi airport. Food and drink are on the whole good though more vergetarian options would improve the choice. It is a pity that the price has increased considerably over the last couple of years.”
