Good staff ,very comfortable.clean. Curry dish excellent.the bad things no toilets, only 4 hot dishes, two pasta not much variety ,no teapots food range rather limited no puddings,

The lounge is conveniently located. The washrooms were clean and well appointed. The lounge is comfortable with power points at most chairs. Food was disappointing.

We had a positive visit but were disappointed with the changes that have been made. There was lots less choice and availability with the snacks available and again the drink choice has been reduced. This however did not spoil the start to our holiday but would hesitate as to whether we would use it in future.

I wouldn’t say happy, it was extremely busy and I think too many people were allowed in there. I think you need to limit the amount. Food and service was very good though.

Lounge was worth the money, staff were friendly and attentive. Food was always available which was great. For me, the drawback was the fact of having to go to the bar every time I wanted a drink - I understand this is due to fit to fly - but it isn’t something I’ve encountered in other lounges. Sometimes resulted in a wait if staff were engaged elsewhere. The lack of toilets in the lounge themselves is also a bit of a sticking point and perhaps let’s it down compared to other lounges.

The room at Liverpool airport was reasonably comfortable and the atmosphere relaxed, however the very large light fittings are so low that when you stood up to banged your head on them. No obvious toilet facility. Food was limited and not of a high standard compared to what we have experienced at other airport lounges. If you are not drinking alcohol it doesn't reflect good value for money.

Pros: Not busy, Good view. Comfortable, Coffee OK. Cons: Poor choice of food. Penne pasta (meat & Veggi) Bread rolls, cheese slices - ham arrived eventually. No sandwiches except DIY - see above. The Lounge is better than the Manchester bear pit waiting areas.

The lounge was being built and so we were in a temporary lounge that was over full. Food was sparse and not inviting. Not very much to drink either. However it was better than sitting at the gate.
