good service, but quite crowded, and struggled to find a comfortable seat to start, had to move to obtain a reasonable seating area, so for this reason may not use in future at that cost

Loved the idea of booking into the lounge as I like to get to the airport early and enjoy food and drink. On arrival, we got stuck behind a couple trying to sort their booking for 10 minutes and no other staff where available to help. When we eventually did get to the desk the lady was absolutely full of cold sneezing all over the place which wasn’t pleasant when giving my phone in for her to look at the booking. The lounge itself was nice but there was little amounts of hot food available that didn’t get topped up during our stay. It also felt that you where being watched by staff the entire time. I understand you can’t fly whilst you’re drunk but certain staff would only let you order one drink at a time which meant myself and my partner did a lot of back and forth. It would also be very useful to have toilets in there as it was a long walk to get to them. Other than those small things it was a good experience and I would consider booking again.

Good morning Georgia, Thank you for your review on your recent visit to our lounge. I will pass your feedback on to the lounge manager to look in to this. I can assure you that our food is temperature checked following Health and safety guidelines and is replenished within the time frame also, Our Liverpool lounge has a 5 star rating on their food hygiene which we are very proud of too so we are always ensuring that we are following all food guidelines. We have looked at toilet facilities in our lounge however due to space we would need we could not fit them in as this would mean loosing a lot of seating. We hope to see you again very soon in our lounge and that we hit that 5th star. Kind regards Philip

Was nice to have a drink and relax, however it was very very busy and the food quite bland. The man on the desk was very helpful and gave us good service.

it is a nice environment, the food could improve a bit. I was a bit disappointed with the experience. I had booked for 6 p.m., I got to the airport at 5:30, earlier than I thought. I made my way upstairs as I was a bit tired and hungry. I spoke to the lady at the door and she said I could not come in early. I offered to leave earlier than I was meant to but I was declined again. So I went downstairs, bought something to eat and waited for 30 min until I could get in. Quite disappointing, I knew I was a bit early, I just thought that there could be some sort of flexibility shown given the place was not busy. I just needed to eat something, and part of the reason why I booked the lounge is so I didn't need to buy food at the airport.

Good Morning Olsi, Thank you for your review on your recent visit. In regards to getting to the lounge early we are normally flexible with allowing guests in a little bit early but sometimes we do have to say to come back at the correct time as whether the lounge looks busy or not we do like to have time to be able to get the lounge cleaned for tables to be cleaned so the next lot of guests have a nice fresh clean table to sit at as this then can lead to a complaint if tables are dirty. We hope this rectifies the reason for not allowing early access in to the lounge and we hope to see you again very soon. Kind regards Executive Lounges Team

Staff was friendly. Atmosphere was lovely. I wasn't pleased on the food they had on offer very basic. Wine was like drinking vinegar. And you have to walk to the toilet. Don't think ill bother again.

Good Morning Eleri, Thank you for your review on your recent visit to our Liverpool Lounge. Ware very glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay and the staff were friendly on your visit. In regards to the food we have recently changed our menu and our supplier so we have launched a band new menu from April the 1st which seems to be going down very well. We are due a refurbishment in our Liverpool lounge and we did try to re-structure the lounge to fit toilets in, However we would be loosing a lot of seats to be able to do this I'm afraid. It was adequate, Birmingham airport executive lounge was better as more comfy seats, felt special and got fast track through security for less money than Heathrow executive lounge.

IT WAS QUIET AND RESTFUL. THE SUPPLIES OF FOOD WERE VERY LOW SO THERE WASN'T MUCH TO EAT. ALL THE COMFY SEATS WERE TAKEN WEHN WE ARRIVED SO WE HAD HARD CHAIRS AT A TABLE. IT COULD HAVE BEEN MORE COMFORTABLE.

Fairly nice space, nice to have access to food and drinks as part of the price. There was a good selection of drinks for what we wanted, and the food was adequate. However the bartender made me feel very uncomfortable and awkward as he insinuated I’d had too much to drink because I asked a question about something that wasn’t clear to me. At this point I’d had about half a gin and tonic, but he asked me loudly several times how much I’d had to drink, to the extent that other customers felt the need to intervene. It made me feel very uncomfortable - I understand you have to be careful about serving alcohol in an airport but if he had concerns, he could have dealt with it in a much more sensitive way. I won’t be back unfortunately.

This was the first time my husband and I had used the lounge. Whilst you can get your monies worth in terms of drinks available, they did run out of food selections and it was early in the day. A little background music would also lighten the mood. All in all satisfactory but geared much more towards business trips rather than leisure

We do not have the license to play music in our lounges i'm afraid as this is very costly.
