“When I arrived at KL airport it was late so it was nice to head somewhere that was open and have a comfortable seat. However the food and drink options was limited, it felt quite busy and the showers were not working. If I was to fly to KL again I would not go back here as I don’t think it was good value for money.”

“Not great for what you pay, over crowded, and considering we booked 2 months ahead we couldn't get a seat. Sure, they say "sit at one of the reserved seats" but other people had taken those without challenge and what could we do?”

“Lounge was quite crowed, chairs too close together. Food wasn't great, selection was quite poor. Having said that food was replenished very quickly so was never empty.”

“A fairly comfortable way to spend a dire 6 hour stopover, if a bit costly at £50 for 3 hours. Nice to have food and drink on tap, although it could've been better & those serving could've been a tad less surly. Big bad point: the promised showers (our main reason for booking) and toilets were not working.”
