“The decor was lovely. It was very busy in the lounge, lots of travelers, and it was clear that there was not enough staff to keep up. The tables were filled with dirty dishes, the food stations were empty and they were serving wine in beer glasses because they had run out of clean wine glasses. In the 2.5hrs that I was in the lounge, they collected dirty dishes once. They need more staff.”

“The staff are excellent. Service is very good and food is tasty. There needs to be more staff on reception or an allocated trouble shooter to assist with customers who wish to pay on the day or have issues. We had to wait almost 30 minutes with a pre paid reservation due to customer hold ups. This cut our time in the lounge by 50 percent therefore we became rushed. This was a special experience I wanted my friend to have as it was her first time in an Executive Lounge.”

“Made two visits 4 days apart. Not that great really. Rather small, more like a corridor than a lounge, gives the impression of being crammed in round the back of everything else to fill up a bit of unused space. No toilets in the lounge, have to go out and use the airport toilets. Many of the power sockets didn’t work on 2nd visit, that’s half the point of going there. Bar looks OK but the rest of the food and drink was rather rudimentary. Will try the Plaza Lounge at the other end next time.”

“Usually quite quiet but on this occasion not so We like to relax before our journey this is why we choose to use this facility The choice of food was not good either or rather the lack of it and it took a long time to replenish and was gone again very quickly. It seemed like a lack of staff to be the problem. Saying all this I would use this facility again the day we went seemed to be very busy in fact it was fully booked but still prefer to sitting in departure lounge”

“Breakfast was okay, wouldn’t stay again as staff not very forthcoming we had to go and look for them to get a drink and lounge was empty, was not worth the gbp70,00 I paid, sorry”

“The available seating and comfort seating was not as mentioned. The chairs were like restaurant chairs and not comfortable at all. The sofa was not comfortable at all. The website said breakfast, there were small pots of yogurt, but nothing else. I was not expecting a huge meal, just something before our connecting flight. Overall it was ok, but needs improvement.”

“It was nice and comfortable and relaxing. However I was disapointed at the size of the plates provided for breakfast. A teaplate and a small one at that. I know you could have returned to the buffet again but you should provide larger plates in the first place. So you don't need to return and therefore the experience will be more relaxing x”

“This was our first visit to the Aspire Lounge having previously used the Escape Lounges for our flights. I was actually disappointed. There was very limited food and drink options available, and I mean limited, compared to the Escape Lounges. Not a single problem with staff they were very very pleasant.”
