Very pleasant welcome to the lounge. Dirty crockery etc was cleared quickly. Not impressed with the variety of foodstuffs on offer and the display cabinet is not user friendly for more than one person due to the sliding glass screen.

Extremely disappointed on this visit. Like the fact that the help yourself to alcohol has been taken away and now served by staff. Very disappointed in the lack of mixers. One or two bottles of mixers and the rest was disgusting muck served by pump. I am allergic to aspartame but have never had to worry here as there was always a choice for me sadly not now. The coffee from the machine was below standard and breakfast cooked food not hot enough. Total waste of money. Party of noisy women in set on getting drunk. Better products and atmosphere in cafes and bars round about. My advice unless you want cheap rubbish and getting pissed before a flight I would avoid at all cost

I was looking for somewhere quiet to relax prior to an 11 hour flight. The longer was very busy. We ended finding a free table down a narrow corridor. With all the other customers using the lounge it meant bringing food and drink to the table you had to keep avoiding obstacles.

Not the best visit to one of these lounges. Whilst most of the staff were pleasant Christine was very rude. No smile and please and thankyou seem not to be in her vocabulary. The food was not replenished very quickl, however when it was it was very tasty.

Good quiet area. Vegetarian sausages were inedible. More liken a vegetable paste although to be fair the staff did say she was struggling to cook them. Yuk!

The lounge was comfy and relaxing, The lounge was clean and not to over crowded, although I do think the selection of food could be beta, they was nothing sweet to have with a hot drink.

Really lovely lounge and good facilities, services and choices, however I wasted most of my time to try and find the lounge which was tricky, but once there it was great, just a shame I didn't get the full amount of time in there.

Online registration was simple and enabled quick entry into the lounge. There were two bar areas, but the secondary one did not provide ice or lemon. The wines were of low quality. The main meal snack was unappetising, but the other buffet items (meat, cheese, salad) were fine. The staff cleared away used crockery frequently so that the lounge remained clean and tidy. The wifi and workstations were very good. The armchairs/sofas were comfortable but sweaty due to the plastic covering.

Relaxing quiet atmosphere, drinks and food nice and good choice. A little bit busy and hard to find a place to sit at first.

Let me stay all day and open bar was great, however food is awful. Come on a full stomach and ready to just drink.
