“Not really happy. over subscribed over sold tickets no seats staff not very forth coming with food and drinks you have to work for it to get and food or drink food constantly running out and customers having to ask staff to put more out the hive system very reactive rather than proactive”

“The decor needs updating. Good bacon sandwiches & bacon rolls. Also nice pastries. The bar looked well stocked although we didn't use it. Could do with more newspapres being available.”

“Even though it was lunch time staff were very slow to replenish food,standing up waiting for dishes, and food available was very limited, 2 pasta dishes, soup, salad , and cake, we were ok with what was on offer but a lady with a young son asked it that`s all there was he ended up with a bowl of soup. We loved looking out at the planes , didn't think the Manchester one it was as good a the Birmingham one, there we had a menu we could also choose from. The lady on the desk when entering the lounge was very welcoming. we would use the lounge again to see if service and food was better.”

“The tea wasn't nice, there was no fridges to help yourself to a drink like in terminal 1 executive lounge and didnt serve cava or prosecco at the bar also like the executive lounge in terminal 1. The bar wasn't constantly staffed so had to wait at the bar to get a drink because seems not enough staff.”

“Nice surroundings, relaxing atmosphere. Not value for money if you are a vegetarian or going for breakfast. Been before at lunch and it was a lot better. Unfortunately, the quality, freshness and variety of food was very poor.”

“It was ok but this time I didn't think it was worth the money. The man on the main desk was a little abrupt but I think this was because they were short staffed. Food was ok but not kept stocked quickly enough for demand. And then we were all told the lounge was closing early because of staff shortages! I know these things can't be avoided but a price reduction should have been offered or a refund.”

“We have used the lounge for several years now and were very disappointed in the quality of bacon being used and quite tasteless, more like streaky bacon where back bacon was always used before and made the breakfast far more enjoyable. Otherwise staff are as usual courteous and very efficient and overall still enjoyed our visit.”

“Coffee was nice. Snacks were fine. Plenty of room. You don't seem to have asked what made me unhappy. I was unhappy about the number of children running about in the lounge - very noisy. Even in the 'quiet area' there were children. Eventually I tried a snooze pod but it was still noisy. If you're going to call it an Executive Lounge it should be an executive lounge, not a playground.”

“We arrived just as lunch served food was not great mac n cheese was watery and pulled pork not to appetising salads etc was lovely and staff very good. We would hav been cheaper eatinv n drinking in airport for price of lou gd. We hsv bern many times and not felt let down before. Maybe an off day😆😄”
