There were enough free seats and it was calm.

When we arrived there was no where for our party of 9 to sit even though it had been booked weeks in advance by agreement of the manager. Food was poor and very sparse had to keep asking staff to replenish the food which they only did in very small amounts other customers were complaining too we are returning to birmingham airport in december but looking at booking the other lounge as we went and viewed it before boarding our flight.

The lounge is looking tired, poor food choice compared to other lounges I have used

Place was very clean. The only thing I would improve on would be. Have separate reception for both lounges. We paid for adults only, which was more money and people who never walked straight in and used the more expensive lounge.

The staff were lovely and really helpful but it was so busy we had to clear our own table to eat, we also had to wait for plates. The staff couldn't have done anymore maybes you could just do with some extra staff

Not an easy seamless access, jobs Worth's on reception. No butter available, cleared cups and plates from tables but didn't wipe clean. Seating cramped near viewing window, so all in all not a great experience

Because it was new it felt very fresh, quite a lot of space and staff reasonably friendly

It’s relaxing and quiet so that’s why we use it. The negative points are:- The breakfast is a very limited choice. The toilet facilities are very poor, 2 cubicles shared between 2 airport lounges is not enough. They are dirty and smelly all the time.

Better seating and when travelling alone easier to get food and drink without queuing.

Value for money as a regular user of aspire lounges as husband is a klm platinum member on this occasion though I was traveling alone on ba so paid to go in although the lounge it’s self is clean comfortable and well stocked the fact that small children are allowed to run around shouting going unchecked by parents and parents not being challenged by staff made the experience slightly uncomfortable

Flight information was good, seating fine. Selection of drinks and accessibility poor. Selection of food poor. Won’t go to Aspire lounge again as not worth money. Escape lounge better value.

I booked into it to save me sitting in the terminal but it was so busy that it was barely more comforts than the alternative. The space is long and narrow so navigatinging from one end to the other is difficult with the amount of people in there

A little disappointed with the choice of food. Went in the lounge in terminal 2 last year and it was 10 times better

The lounge was ok. The lady serving drinks was very stern and strict. The food was ok.
