“Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. However when we arrived there were no free tables (there was only 2 of us) which meant the waitress had to move a chair so we could sit together with another customer. It is quite frustrating when you have paid an entrance fee that you are unable to get a seat. I believe this was because there was an emirates flight which customers have access to the lounge however you should not allow people to book if there will be no room for them.”

“The best thing about the lounge is the drinks as they are premium and very nice. Eg when i wanted a glass of wine, it was a full glass so saved going back up if it was a small one. Plus variety of soft drinks was good. However, food wasnt up to scratch. I went june 25th 2018 for 1pm and what was advertised was not on e.g (chicken curry was advertised, vegetbale curry was on). Also it wasnt refilled quickly thus some parts there was not enough food. Also i felt there was a minimum selection of food to choose from after main meals. Only one type of cake, few scones, crisps and savoury food. Would been nicer for greater selection. Shout out to bar staff as they did great job.”

“Had a great time, relaxed and fresh for my flight. Service was a bit pushed at times but always polite and attentive. Good selection of both food and drink. Lounge looking a little old could do with a refurbish. Overall would recommend and use again great value”

“lovely environment , very cool and quiet on a hot busy day but disappointed that a lot of the refreshments advertised when booking had run out ..e.g no fruit left , no scones left , no crackers for cheese :-(”

“A general improvement on the concourse but not as peaceful as I would have expected due to children belting around the place unchecked. The toilets were poor. Only two cubicles, to small to take your cabin luggage in with you if travelling alone, and the water pressure was low so they didn't flush well. There were bits of toilet paper and hand towels on the floor. A cooked breakfast was available, although it did not look especially appetising. Whilst I was there, lunch was served; chicken curry and rice or a pasta cheese dish. I tried a small portion of this, and it was acceptable. I also tried a bread roll with some cold meat and salad. The roll was dry and almost stale. The coffee from the machine was good, however. Overall, this did not come up to the standard I would expect from an airline lounge. The toilets were particularly disappointing and give the visitor a poor impression of general hygiene and care.”

“Good selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Plenty of room to sit. On the bad side the food was limited and the soft furnishings are in need of an update. The toilet facilities are inadequate”
