“Varied drinks and snacks which were replenished regularly. However, the reception staff need further customer service training. Many complaints from customers arriving. My party had to wait for over 20 minutes to enter due to the not accepting: Copy of email on phone Could not scan barcodes on booking Unable to use a printed copy (even though advice is to this effect) The only way to enter was to forward my confirmation email to a random email address which I was given. 10 minutes later, we were finally allowed entry. Many unhappy customers being refused entry even though they held a "Priority Pass". Be aware.”

“Not too busy - our table was dirty for some time before cleaner noticed. Could have done with another table clearer!!! Not impressed by the choice of hot food - curry or veg type bake - neither ideal for guests flying shortly!! Not sure if we’d be back next time - maybe only if there was an offer on .”

“Really delighted to find a table reserved for us as the lounge was really busy. Because lounge was really busy service was slow, food kept running out and quality of what was served was rather poor. Newcastle was definitely not of the same standard as Manchester so need to consider how standards can be improved. Layout is poor couldn’t find coffee, cakes or pastries that are promised on website.”

“We go into the Bristol executive lounge at least 5 times a year. I have to say on this time the bar man was very rude and said we could not have over a certain amount of drinks. I was not aware after more than 8 years of coming that drinks are limited.”

“This was a adequate place to relax before our connecting flight. We chose it because it offered showers, which was helpful after an overnight transatlantic flight. The showers were relatively small and cramped, and seemed to be placed almost as an afterthought in a supply hall. The overall lounge was small and cramped with tight seating for guests. The food and drink selection and quality was OK, not outstanding. Not worth the price paid.”
