Lounge could with a refurbishment. ie carpet stained in places and some vinyl chairs the covering on the arms had cracked which was uncomfortable.

Overall ok, chairs are uncomfortable for a 2 hr stay. Food ok but not a wide range, croissants a bit stale. No Prosecco. Televisions off.

Aspire lounge was the lounge I was in. Sorry but I didn’t rate the food at all. Not a lot of choice and not worth the money. Travelling with my son o thought it may cater more for kids but I was a little disappointed

Before my visit I had a booking from last year I hadn't used and dealt with Phillip at customer services who was really helpful and I cant praise highly enough, especially when I made an error booking in a friend which he effectively resolved for me. The lounge is OK but the food was left un replenished for some time and bar staff quite openly criticised and bad mouthed the kitchen staff in front of customers stating that they were "being useless as usual" when I gave a look to the bar maid who had pulled someone over and in front of customer said" can you sort them out, they are doing nothing and its doing my head in". Not what I expected. Tables were left full of plates and glasses for quite some time also. Will use a different lounge on my next visit. I paid for 2 people last October and due to monarch going bust didn't use the booking. This is the booking that was swapped for this and while I am appreciative of this I paid for a friend too and don't feel it was worth it.

unfortunately we didn't enjoin the experience. we are regular users of the airport and thought we try something some thing different. We wish we kept our £50 and sent it elsewhere.

This was our second visit this year to the lounge and unfortunately I'm not sure we will be back. There are a few issues to highlight for feedback purposes. Firstly, the food on offer was poor - a congealed vegetable biriyani and a basic pasta with ham. Real budget offerings and to be honest I had expected more for the price. The beer pump went off for a period whilst we were there and the table was never cleared - I had to do this myself twice, transferring plates and glasses onto other tables. The red wine tasted like cooking wine and clearly not based on quality. The lounge was also very busy, at times to bursting point. I understand that some visitors attend due to a perk to their bank account - I actually qualify for this too although I have always paid - and I feel paying customers are having their experience diminished due to this offer. There were also a number of people with small children and infants many of whom were charging about or screaming. Not ideal. I understand people are travelling with kids (we had our 9 year old with us) and clearly the facility is for all, but perhaps limiting the age or amount of children would be prudent. I'm sorry to sound so negative, I know everyone works hard in there - I just feel that the whole experience could and ultimately should be much better than that experienced.

I've used the Executive Lounge at Edinburgh twice now. First time perfect, second time, this month not so. Food choices on offer, hot and cold limited. Cold and hot food on offer, not replenished soon enough, and tables not cleared in readiness for next customers. I know you can do better raise your standards and perhaps a look at what Aberdeen Airport executive lounge and what's on offer wouldn't go a miss.

Pleasant bar staff with a good range of drinks. Seating was rather grubby and the staff took a long time to replenish food. Limited choice of sweet stuff - either sponge cake or rather unexciting biscuits.
