This is the first time I have used Aspire and I will use the lounges again. That said the hot meal choices were limited to pasta and vegetarian dishes that were dried out. Tables were left uncleared for quite some time and carpets covered in crumbs and food debris. Salad dishes were excellent along with a choice of cheeses. Alcoholic and soft drinks were plentiful and staff were all friendly and accommodating. Just a pity about the hot food. WIFI was first class and TV’s throughout.

At first we went in and sat down at a comfortable place. When we went to get our food, we noticed that the beans and eggs were not warm so we politely mentioned this to one of the members of staff. This woman was very rude telling us that they’d only just been put out and they have to be a certain temperature! They were cold. One of the other members of staff was cringing listening to the way she spoke to us. This was a shame as it was the only thing my wife, (on our honeymoon) due to food intolerances, could eat. The drinks were great. I then noticed that you could request vegetarian sausages and gluten free bread. One of the members of staff said the vegetable sausages weren’t to everyone’s taste but she went above and beyond to go next door to get some actual vegetarian sausages for my wife. We were very grateful. I would love to rate this higher because of this but the experience with the other member of staff does not allow me to rate more than 3.

My lounge experience can best be described as adequate. The service was good and queues were generally short, but the main dishes looked awful (I wasn't brave enough to try them), and there were way too many people there - more people than chairs, with some groups resorting to standing in the corner. I managed to get a table, else this would be a maximum 2/5.

The lounge area itself is a comfortable, quiet and relaxing place to be. The food and drink provided was of a good quality. The staff were courteous and professional. The only faults was the interactive table did not work and the toilets were not of a good standard. They were unclean and not pleasant. Also it would of been nice if there was some air conditioning as it was hot and stuffy at times. Despite that it was a good experience and would use it again.

VIP lounges are a good start to any holiday and give a little peace from the airport hubbub before a flight. I have used a few but safly this one was not up with the best. The staff were excellent hence 3 stars but the choice of food and snacks was very poor. Empty hot trays, a bit of green salad and some cheese with crackers. There was no draught beer; that took 15 minutes to change and settle. Not inclined to try this lounge again . There are better. Sorry if this is negative but I hope the comment can be used to help improve the service we should expect. Mark O

The interior of the lounge is nice and space feels comfortable. But the food choice is very limited. There is more options for drinks. Me and my friends has 2h flight delayed and the staff constantly asked us how long have we been there already. It was s bit frustrating as you allowed to stay for 3h but feel under pressure.

Bit of a disappointment. Couldn't connect to wifi. Tables not kept cleared. Food was limited (cooked breakfast) in choice. Better than sitting in the cattle run of the main airport but not great value for money. Would choose an alternative next time.

We found the design fairly modern but all types of seating quite uncomfortable for a 3 hour stay, in fact we moved 3 times. The food provided was adequate but not particularly appetizing. The Staff were helpful but not over friendly. I feel the toilets were not too clean and needed attention.

It is to much open plan, I did like the quiet zone before also it was better when you could help yourself to drinks etc without having to ask

Very pleasant staff in this lounge on both my recent visits. The lounge does not have the normal executive feel to it and feels more like a cafeteria. Having said that it is always clean and tiday and has adequate supplies of food and drinks.

While normally very good, i found that the Bristol lounge was somewhat lacking in usual standards. Where another couple and two children were previously, the area left by them was very messy and did not get cleared up for around 20-30 minutes. Also found that the seats were dirty and had lots of food debris down the sides. Otherwise, the food choices were reasonable while there were only bottled beers available and no draft which I found disappointing for the price paid.

Would have been better if more choice as not every one likes pasta a selection of sandwiches would be nice, also if staff watched the buffet table as dirty plates where left where the selection of food was displayed ( or not been washed properly) so presentation could be improved .

Ran out of draft beer at 14.00.Was not impressed with the choice of food,crips ran out within half an hour because people were putting multiple bags of crisps in there bags

Lounge was reasonably clean, quiet and relaxing and the staff were friendly enough. Food and drink service was pretty poor; they ran out of crisps, draft beer, cheese, scones, cake and only had one variety of white wine. I also noticed that the food did not match the menu, both dishes being pasta rather than a vegetable curry. Overall it was quite disappointing.
