Friendly staff and food was nice. However not as nice as terminal 3 escape as there was less choice of food (no sweet at all available) and unlike terminal 3 where they hoover all the time, this lounge had food on the floor that was left. Having said this we still enjoyed our time before the flight.

We got through customs quickly. Montego Bay Lounge was relaxing. Not all staff were friendly, and we observed that some staff were selective on who they offered to get drinks for from the bar. There was a poor selection of hot food which consisted of chicken, beef, soya patties, and jerk pulled pork. We were disappointed with these options.

Poor choice of food, the only thing I managed to eat was a roll and ham. There was curry on the menu but vegetarian, and a pesto pasta. Drink selection is fine. Struggled to find a seat. Could do with a tv area or something to occupy children. Please take note from Leeds Bradford’s lounge. They have it perfect. Tables reserved etc

Our visit was early in the morning and we opted for your lounge for quiet relaxation before our flight. Your staff, particularly one lady, were grumpy, not rude but certainly curt in response to questions. I don't think we were particularly pick out, everyone got the same treatment. To get served one had to ring a bell and wait. The white wine was awful. Food acceptable. You have a long way to go before I would rate higher.

Family holiday. The lounge was clean and tidy upon arrival, staff were pleasent enough. The choice of food was very limited, and not enough of it. The mushroom soup and risotto ran out which just left the chicken pesto pasta and limited salad. One selection of biscuits served in the foxes biscuit plastic wrapper/tray which also ran out due to numbers in the lounge. Coffee and soft drinks machines turned off way before lounge closing time and had to be asked to turn back on to get a latte and drinks for the kids. Not a great time other lounges are better

We struggled to find a seat. Kids didn't feel there were enough hot choices so we struggled to give them something to eat. It said cakes but it was clotted cream scones but kids dissapointed with just biscuits. The service was good and it waqs pleasant enough however for the money I do not think it reflected the experience especially when our 14 year old is classed as an adult.

The lounge was quiet and clean, but some of the hot food was barely warm and you're only given a very small plate which is hardly big enough to put a roll on. You also had to leave your passport at reception if you wanted a remote control for the tv. Overall, didn't make you feel 'executive'!!

The lounge was very busy when we travelled which was understandable given there were delays/ cancellations on certain flights. Due to the volume of people in the airport the WiFi was non existent. The staff were good as was the service. However, the food I have to say was poor. We were not expecting gourmet dining but the food was not in anyway fresh.

Much nicer since being refurbished, food needs some attention, bread never seems fresh and constantly waiting for food to be re stocked. Staff very friendly

Space cramped and noisy children and babies are not what I expect when I pay for a stay in an Executive lounge. There is a dress code for the lounge , but there doesn't seem to be a 'behaviour' code ? I do not plan to visit again as it did not live up to my expectations. Thank you!

Decent quiet and comfortable environment, but no flight calls and screens not visible from all parts of the lounge; food and drink choice limited but not materially worse than other independent pay as you go lounges.

Nice surroundings and very nice to be able await your flight in peace and comfort. Food is acceptable but only that. The ingredients are obviously very cheap. Staff were a bit indifferent. However I would use the this facility again to get away from the crowds.

The lounge is small with limited ‘comfy’ seating, I wouldn’t recommend for families as there is nothing on offer for children to keep them amused. The food was lovely with plenty of choice and was replenished often. The only downfall of the lounge in my opinion was the staff, who were not very helpful and quite rude. I’ve stayed at another lounge in the terminal twice before and prefer the larger one, I won’t return to club aspire.

There was an embarrassing technical hitch when we arrived which made me look a bit silly to my guests. The young man who was sorting us out wasn’t in good form, he made it seem like it was my fault but eventually he made a phone call to his supervisor and sorted it out!
