I was unable to even access the business class lounge, due to the airport personnel would not allow me to check in.

DearSirs, My experience within your lounge at Cork Airport is quite average. I felt the food in the afternoon was just about acceptable, the choice was non existant & the staff & the ambience was very poor. In truth based on my expereince I would not purhase this again & would not recommend to my colleagues. Kind Regards Kevin Howey

Quiet peaceful lounge; serves its purpose as a retreat from the airport bustle. But food not good. Limited choice of breakfast options for our early morning flight, no toast or croissants, only burger type bread baps and the cooked food was cold with only cold plates to put it on. Paid extra for this, the Aspire Plus Lounge, and expected better.

Toilet floor needed cleaning, the toilets smelled of urine. Coffee was good, staff were friendly. Food was fair. Not all charging ports worked. Sleep pods were fun to use. Instructions need to be clearer.

Too often recently I have found large numbers of the tables ‘reserved’, presumably for large groups travelling together thus considerably reducing the free space. Also, large groups tend to be much louder. Generally, for the business traveller this facility is deteriorating. This lounge needs a ‘quiet area’ for people who want to work.

Not sure was worth the money. Was quiet and comfy. Staff behind the bar where less than helpful looking bored by any requests. Not sure I would be tempted to use again.

Food good Service good The area itself was disgusting needs more staff to keep the tables clean and the floor around the tables tidy it wasn’t busy but had to tidy our own table and the tables around were we sat were cluttered for our duration of stay

Paid for 3 hours we only got 2 1/2 hours as lounge closes at 20.30. They asked who we booked it with and told them directly through Aspire lounge. They told us we were to take it up with you because that is who we booked it with, on our receipt it said we get 3 hours, until I hear from you.

Food isn’t good had some sort of pasta thing and a vegetable curry both were horrible so our family of four fed on the ham cheese and buns that were there but buns weren’t the best too very dry, tried to have a good drink but there was only two types of beers none we like they don’t do baileys no more witch I enjoyed last year about the place only good thing about it this year was some where quieter to sit but at just over £100 for the four of us it was pricey just for a quite seat

We have been here before but felt it was not running at it's best. The food was filled if asked but not automatically. A nice calm setting before a flight.

The Aspire Plus lounge seems to be deteriorating over the past few years. The food & selections are constantly being restocked & the help yourself to beers & wine options work well. The frustration I found was if you wanted a spirit or sparkling wine then you were reliant on staff remaining in the bar. It appeared the aspire lounge was very busy therefore I am assuming staff for the aspire plus lounge were called in to there. This was the third visit in the lounge this year & the staffing levels seem to be a recurring theme.

Limited hot food selection which ran out quickly. We paid for 6 of us (over £180) and just got a few drinks, cold pasta salad and some warm bread. Not worth it for us unfortunately

we were booked in ... when got there there was no bacon left at all ... and no other hot food ready either.. we were told it had been busy!!!!! ok but I had paid £52 for food and drinks same as everyone else.... Monday morning.... surely they know how many bookings there are that day..... we were late due to a delay at check-in so did not have the full time we booked for .. couldn't relax ...... was bit disappointed with the visit this time around.... still got food eventually but as I said not a lot of time to enjoy it

Warm fooding was lacking in amount upon arrival into the lounge, and the standard was not quite as good as the other lounge in the airport. Prosecco would be a nice addition

Been using Newcastle Lounge for quite a while now and disappointingly standards have certainly dropped. Clearing tables and rubbing down is very hit and miss. Refreshment choice has deteriorated. Staff attitudes not welcoming. Come on Newcastle Executive Lounge don't let our area down!!!!

Arriving at 3pm the lounge had obviously been busy in that there were lots of empty tables but sadly hadn’t been cleared or cleaned . Once we cleared the table ourselves we checked out the food - pasta or curry with rice ( all lukewarm) alongside a cold Counter if salads. Drink available were house wines , limited beer and spirits but no cider! They explained that this was to prevent people making snakebite 😏. I would describe the lounge as bland that needs a facelift

It’s average. Have to wait at the reception and the wait was too long due to a queue of people. Place was crowded and felt like not enough room. However food was good and people who cleaned did a good job.

Very disappointed with our latest visit as they kept running out of hot food, excuse given was they had had a busy morning, find this hard to believe at 6.30am & not a lot of people in the lounge
