Although the Lounge is clean and comfortable and staff super helpful, the downside is the Toilet facility. There's only one Toilet and normally there's a queue outside to access.

Having booked my visit to the Aspire Lounge at Schipol on line with no print access, I was pleased to see that I would be able to simply show my smart phone on arrival to gain access...in fact, this was the main reason for booking through you. However, on arrival at the lounge on 4th Sept, I was told at reception that I couldn't enter without a print of the booking. I had to forward your confirmation email to swissport for them to then print the email to confirm my booking. I complied because the lady on reception was quite insistent and I didn't want to be turned away, especially as my companion was not feeling well. Of course, on the confirmation email, it indicated quite clearly that a print copy wasn't required.........some training required, I think!! Once in the lounge, though, I was very pleased with the facilities and, in particular, the food was delicious.....a pleasant way to pass a long layover. I will be travelling through Schipol again next week, with long layover, and hope, if I choose to book your lounge again I will not encounter the same problem. I have rated the lounge as 'acceptable' simply because of the 'difficulty' in gaining access.......had your receptionist accepted sight of the booking on my smartphone, I would have given a rating of 'very good' Many thanks

For me this is the poorest of the swissport lounges at Manchester. A third ofbthe lounge was reserved for Singapore airlines which meant the rest of the area was cramped. We checked in between breakfast and dinner so they were running down the breakfast and serving the lunch menu. So from a good point of view there was a lot of asking for things such as bacon, knives, forks, scones etc. The food improved the longer we were there. The bar staff were very good attentive not good that some of the drinks are poorer from bottles. The ambience needs to improve as the other two lounges have the benefit of excellent views. Will still swissport for the lounges in t1 and t3 but would think again if I was flying in t2

I wasn’t as impressed with the lounge at Luton as I expected to be. The food was average, drink choice average, and the entire place was just a bit of a mess. There were no clean tables to sit at so we had to sit at one with about 10 bottles of beer on (empty) and some plates to which the waitress finally came to clear it and make a joke thinking it was our beer. Really unimpressed and wouldn’t book again.

I paid you for my visit but with Priority Pass it should have been free. I will email you soon with details. Jessel Harris

Bacon like cardboard. Food not as good as other visits. Spirits got weaker after our first drink. I used Aspire on numerous occasions and I am already booked for January but have say that my September visit was disappointing.

Drinks and food are ok. I liked it. What could be improved is cleanliness and some parts of the furniture should be renovated.

The lounge it’s self could do with a male over. Very tired looking carpets etc!! Food was ‘ok’....I think procecco should also be included in the price as £5 a glass seems steep after paying to get in.

It is great value and looks amazing since refit but did run out of everything and wasn’t well stocked, staff apologised and were very helpful. My dad enjoyed himself so that’s what mattered and saves all the hustle bustle at airport and you can relax

My husband and me paid a slight higher price believing that we would have a higher class of service and choice. This however wasn't the case. There were long queues at the bar with only one bar person for the majority of the time. The bar didn't stock Bitter Lemon which is our favourite accompaniment to our Gin choice which was disappointing. The hot food choice was either curry (vegetarian) or curry (chicken) which again proved disappointing. Our experience wasn't the best for the start of our holiday as what we were anticipating and we won't be rushing back or recommending this longe to our family and friends

Glasses were dirty and the staff were on the guest lounges on their phones. Hot food was cold. Worst lounge I've been in

We visit the excecutive lounge every year before we fly but normally go in the vip but this year decided to do the vip plus for a change. We much prefer the normal vip Lounge as there is a lot more choice of food to eat. The vip plus only had 2 different dishes and there were no sandwiches. On the plus side we could get prosecco 😁

Waited 15 minutes to be seated and had to share a table with unknowns as the plus lounge was that busy . Chicken pesto pasta was rock hard and luke-warm . Other than this , was a good start to our holiday and would maybe consider using Aspire plus again in the future .

Lounge was busy during my visit however staff had kept us a table which was good of them. Would also like to say that staff really nice and good attitude even though I felt they were understaffed as had to wait for food to be replenished and felt staff had to run between reception, bar, food and clearing up. Food was nice but don’t feel there was the full menu as advertised.
