It is a nice comfortable lounge with friendly staff the choice of food wasn’t very good On the day it was veg curry and a plain pasta but no plates to put it on, tried to make a sandwich but the ham hadn’t been replenished also the buns hadnt been out of freezer long , on the plus side lots of salad items ( pot salad, quinoa, etc ) not sure I would use again as wasn’t value for money

Good location. The ‘spa’ is part of the name & all over the entrance to the lounge. You ask about it & get told ‘oh, that hasn’t been open for months’. Dissapointing & fell let down by them. Cold food & lots of dishes left on the table.

In general we had a good experience in the lounge but a few things could be improved. Firstly the chairs looking out over the runway were very dirty and worn secondly some of the food had ran out when we went up and there wasn't any plates and lastly a couple of the staff clearing the tables weren't very pleasant they weren't rude they just didn't seem very happy. With a few improvements it could be a really good lounge.

The quiet ambience is always appreciated. however once again there was a very poor choice of food. Hot food with rice was there,the salad bar was not replenished. Prior to flying we would have liked a Baguette and a cake, neither of which was available. So very poor on food ,very good on ambience.

Not accessible for disabled people. It would be more welcoming if more of your products, such as your pastries, were placed on lower counters, so that disabled people, including those with dwarfism can access them. Whilst your staff are very friendly and helpful and no doubt would be happy to reach items, it would be better if the visitor could do that themselves. This is a reasonable adjustment that comes under disability legislation.

Lovely, peaceful place to wait in the airport. Comfy, available seats, unlimited food and drinks (serve yourself). Food was not to my teenagers liking and we did have to visit a fast food restaurant to keep him happy. Highly recommend it for adults though!

The entry check in with boarding passes appeared excessive as we had ordered online with all details. The lonuge was excessively hot and the staff said they could not control the AC as the airport did so for the whole building. Staff brought us an electric fan. No personal service offered, or explanation of what entitlements we had.

Tables not cleaned in an acceptable time. Food not replace quick enough. I had to replace a couple of glasses as they had not been cleaned properly. Too busy and not enough quiet spaces. Would not go to the lounge again

Lovely to get out of the crowds of the airport. Prices far to high for children could of had better food choices for them also. Reception staff lovely other staff miserable.

Sorry, my partipation, while enthusiastic, won't add anything. I had such difficulty getting to the airport & parking, I never did make it to the lounge. I'm sure it would have been an oasis. I only selected Acceptable because I had to.

We had our terminal changed by our flight operator so therefor the lounge we booked also had to be changed! Very disappointed with the lounge we were moved to and 'not even a discount' offered? Very poor as we booked Aspire not Escape lounge due to view offered. This has now made us question if this service is really worth the extra cost we pay. ☹

The lounge is okay, very dull, not much atmosphere but good to relax while waiting to board. Breakfast was very limited, hated the huge white baps & no choice of brown or whole meal. Hot breakfast food quite limited & dry. Drinks were okay. Table clearing of plates was very slow considering early morning visit & not very appealing. Consider the cost is okay for a quiet area to wait but choice and quality of food not really worth the cost. Others likely have a different opinion but totally down to personal choice.

The lounge was over crowded with every booth and table full apart from the person working on the bar staff were not friendly or aproachable . The lunch menu was not very appertising. Coffee from Machine was good drinks at bar were good whole experience was average at best

Food and drinks selection was good, a bit sad that no sparkling wine was served though. The drawback was the general feel of the lounge, its a bit dark and feels somewhat outdated due to thus. This could be fixed with smarter lightning.

I always prefer to stay in one of the Aspire Lounges as it gets you out of the crowded main lounges, but on our latest stay last Wednesday I was a little disappointed that the Rest Room facilities were not up to par as some of the facilities were out of order. Some of the food offered left a lot to be desired!
