Good afternoon Geoff, Thank you for your review on your visit to the lounge, Unfortunately we no longer do newspapers in our lounge for a number of reasons i.e. From always being taken and Delivery not coming in on time so we are very sorry that these are no longer available. We apologise about the stock on the sausages, These are very popular at our lounge as they seem to go quickly, We will work on stock replenishment and ensuring we are ordering the efficient stock to fall in with the business level. “Friendly staff and helpful. Clean with ample breakfast options to choose from, plenty of charging points and information displays. The only negative is the there are no toilet facilities in the lounge area itself. Overall though very pleased with the facility.”

“Unfortunately there are now too many people using a small space. Part of the area was reserved for Singapore Airlines - so they are more deserving of some space than others. We ignored the signs and had a pleasant visit.”

Hello Claire, Thank you for your review, With Singapore Airlines they rent the space off us for their first class customers. When you pre-book a space is reserved automatically with us in our lounge and the space is allocated automatically I'm afraid. “The lounge was very (too) full, seating for 3 adults and a baby was difficult but in fairness the Lounge staff were very helpful. We were surprised that there was no white wine available, the food was good but disappeared quickly.”

“The friendly staff is always a plus. But I noticed that people are bringing in too many baggage karts into the lounge. It becomes very overwhelming to get around these baggage karts. I probably will chose another lounge because of that reason.”

“The introduction of a lounge at T5 was good. We use the equivalent lounge at Gatwick a lot, but this did not quite stack up against it - understandably given the difficulty is acquiring space from existing usage.”

“Good supply of food, including fresh fruit. However Tea and coffee could be much better. Also the lounge is dirty and the furnishings tired looking it needs a refurb! I have used this lounge for many many years and fairly regularly and it's definitely deteriorated”
