No hassle free from crowds Poor choice of beer and cider Breakfast was ok It was a change from the norm price of just over £20 per person was not that bad to be honest Not sure if I would do it again!!

Worth the money, decent selection of alcoholic drinks, I'm not a happy flyer so checked early and enjoyed beer and gin. Food was a little disappointing, was ok, actually better than OK but not amazing. I got there at the right time because it was quiet, but then it started getting busy and I was glad I had a seat!

Being able to see the aeroplanes landing and taking off ...gets you in holiday spirit ... That was the plus side the downside was. The lounge was overcrowded there was no hot food and no seats .! What was the point of paying the £30 odd for a relaxing place to wait when it was anything but relaxing.... waste of money !!!

I was happy with the food and the comfort of the chairs. I was however NOT happy with the level of cleanliness and the amount of traffic in the lounge. I hoped to come in and find a peaceful environment to do some work in. This was not possible because of the crowded nature of the lounge. It turns out that I could have found more peace outside the lounge in some parts of the airport.

Excellent views Bar service was slow but it was busy No food readily available for 30 minutes The chairs we sat on were all stained & very worn - bad really

I was happy to be out of the rush of the airport. However the lavatories just outside the lounge (which are the obvious ones to select due to their proximity) were particularly poorly maintained and uncleaned! Perhaps an area that the organisation can focus some pressure on the airport authority to improve?

Nice lounge, with a good food/drink selection. Unfortunately the staff weren't clearing tables/seating areas, so I had to move the previous guests plates and glasses before I could sit down. The items that I moved to the next table (also covered in empty glasses) were finally cleared away 40 minutes after I arrived in the lounge. Pretty poor service really! I'm not sure that I'll bother using the lounge again, as I expect something as simple as table clearing to keep the lounge tidy and ready for the next guests to be a fairly basic requirement. So overall I'm very disappointed with the lounge!

Away from the hustle and bustle. Poor access for the disabled though...my wife and i struggled with the door with her wheelchair. Guy behind desk just looked at us ☹️

Overall good. Food good but difficult to get a seat as very busy so appeared oversold. Only one coffee machine working so long queue. Insufficient toilets available for the number of guests.

Decent enough place but had to wait nearly an hour for food as it was in between breakfast and lunch. Drinks are fine but had to queue for them. Internet slow

It wasn't busy in the lounge but the service was slow and tablets weren't cleaned regularly. The toilets were very poor.

I found the staff to be slightly off. I did not feel that i was welcomed into the lounge. Staff appeared to be to busy to help. Only one dish for lunch when stated on the website stated two options. Half the lounge was corden off for another airline. It doesnot have that cosy feeling. Disappointed

Lounge seems to be getting more crowded each time I travel through Dubai. Food is becoming very repeatitive and the staff not as quick as they usually are. Had to make multiple trips to bar instead of the usual times when staff would bring drinks to the table. However, the bathrooms are ALWAYS clean and the use of the shower is a MUST.
