“A nice quiet lounge, ideal for relaxing before a flight. The staff were friendly and did a good job of keeping the lounge clean and tidy. There was a good range of snacks and drinks available.”

“We didn’t really enjoy it. There wasn’t a great selection of food, nor drinks. And absolutely no atmosphere, definitely didn’t get us into the holiday mood. I wouldn’t book it again sadly”

“The lounge was very small and had uncomfortable chairs. Not all chairs had access to power for phones and. Imputes. Not much of views of the airfield as stated. Was told we could not sit at other higher tables as these were for larger groups so had to eat our breakfast off of very small tables at low levels. Very uncomfortable to eat from. The choice of food was poor. No magazines like other lounges we have visited. Staff on entering were so uninviting, with no instructions on what to do. The toilets were back in the terminal so no benefit paying for the lounge either. Very disappointing and would like a refund as do not feel it was any better then sitting in the terminal in fact I would say it was worst.”

“The hot food choice was very limited and the buffet consisted of a few pieces of cheese cracker biscuits and some green salad. Pretty awful fare.”

“Had a nice stay to rest my weary body in the Terminal 5 lounge, food ok, thought there could have been a better choice of mains, but plenty of drinks, salads and scones to fill me up, and a comfortable place to wind down. I will say a special thanks to the manager for lending me his phone to order, as my mobile wasn't charging”

“We had our first early morning visit and it was good to be away from the hustle and bustle of the noise within the normal terminal area.Full hot breakfast got us off to a good start for the day.”

“A decent perk for all the food and drink but the furniture and outlets are in serious need of a make over; no USB plugs to charge equipment only European plugs yet the rest of the airport's free seating all have USB ports. The seating is outdated and could use much more comfortable reclining seats. But I applaud the service; great food and drink.”

“Hot food was initially old and cold - had been under a heat lamp and toast had dried out; tables weren’t cleared and wiped; layout of tables was poor - a long narrow aisle making passing difficult and requiring much reduced social distancing; very limited choice of ‘beers’ - perhaps an ale, please?;”

“Not happy about changes made, for example, the area we like sitting in is now reserved for executive customers and was empty. Food quality is very restricted and you can't see what is available before you order. No longer our type of light food. All this and prices are higher. Wish we had not booked for January next year”
