“The Lounge in Montego Bay was very comfortable and all the people working there were very friendly and efficient. We had young children with us too, and they loved the soft play area. Excellent and highly recommended lounge. Thank you.”

“We received a very warm welcome, processed quickly as we had prepaid and were taken to our table. The area was cleaned and sanitized as we got there and we were given all the information needed to enjoy our stay by the staff member.”

“Booked Lounge @ B in Terminal 3 as transiting through Dubai on way to The Maldives. We had over 3 hours between flights, so thought the lounge made sense. After a long walk for 'Connexions' we finally made it to the lounge. It was not overly busy at that time, so early in morning and service could have been quicker. I had to eventually go and ask somebody if we had to go to a certain point to order food and drink. They said somebody would come to our table to take order. When we did eventually get to order, the service was still relatively slow. My wife had finished her chicken wrap meal, before I got my burger delivered. Was expecting a better service for a lounge in Dubai to be honest. We are giving them the benefit of doubt, as we have 5 hours to kill on way home and have again booked the same lounge. Hopefully we see some improvement this time, as for some reason, it is marginally more expensive than it was on way out.”

“£24.99 for a bit of egg on toastand a coffee was pretty extortinate. Nothing was replenished so you go on a hunt for milk or pastries. Won't use terminal 5 executive lounge again”

“The Aspire Lounge at Edinburgh Airport was clean, spacious, comfortable and airy. In addition, the staff were attentive without being overbearing and the supplies of food and drink were continuously well-stocked. Furthermore, cleanliness is obviously a priority for those who work there and floors, carpets and tables were immaculate.”

“I booked the lounge for a hen party to give the bride to be the experience. Once we got in there there was no seats we had to crowd round 2 chairs with a tiny table and had to eat and drink standing up by the time a table was free we had 10 mins till our flight ✈️ Very disappointed ☹️”
