Quite small lounge, no view on airport or city, breakfast OK, offered smal snacks and fruit in fridge display seemed no longer fresh.

I thought the buffet was very poor. The hot food was adequate, we did not partake. The system eing served drinks via an app is cumbersome and slow.

1st visit to the lounge food was lovely & service was excellent the only negative thing I would say was there was no newspapers to read

This is our 1st time using the lounge ,We were pleasantly surprised at the selection of snacks and drinks available .We had the soup and it was delicious,We will definitely be using this service each time we fly out from Scotland .Great Value for money .

The lounge is set in a quiet corner of terminal 5, however, once inside you realise you are all sitting in a long corridor. Not relaxing at all. Also, most of the staff, including the duty manager, were NOT wearing a mask correctly. I left the lounge early as it felt VERY uncomfortable.

Absolutely loved using the airport lounge at Edinburgh Airport. Felt very relaxed and safe. The food choice was brilliant and very tasty. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The decor was very tasteful. The spaced out seating felt very safe and the lounge was very clean. Well done. Will defo at use the lounge in the future.

What food/drinks available was not clear. The 2 hour booking was OK but it was not clear when booking. Asking for the flight time is misleading. In practice we needed 2 hours upto 40mins before the flight.

Good drinks & food and chairs. Check-in could be faster. It looked like the assistant had to type in the long reservation number manually. Maybe scanning a qr code would be faster.

We had issues even being allowed entry, the very sour faced receptionist was not at all helpful. Despite being able to show her our confirmation email. Once we were finally allowed in, it was impossible to find a seat. We did ask the receptionist where we were meant to sit, but she really wasn't interested. The lounge is clearly being over booked. Once we did finally find a seat, the lukewarm buffet was certainly not worth the money we paid. I wouldn't book the lounge again. I have emailed to complain and have not had the courtesy of a reply
