“We visited on the Saturday of half October half term. Although initially very busy within 15 minutes it was an ocean of tranquility. We spent a pleasant couple of hours before our 3.40 flight. Service was good food ok.”

“I never got a confirmation email, only saw the confirmation of my payment in my credit card account and when entering the lounge (Luton), they didn’t let me in because my name wasn’t in their list.”

“I prefer choosing my own food rather than choosing from a set menu and then having food brought to me however, I understand that times have changed. The food and service was excellent, as were the facilities in the lounge and I will use this again. Recommended.”

“Lovely lounge with lots of seating, very helpful friendly staff. There weren’t many food options available in my opinion, I am vegetarian and there was one vegetarian dish available which was a sweet potato curry. My personal opinion is I wish they would just do a veggie option of what was on offer for the meat option. The salad was just lettuce tomato and cucumber so I ended up with a plain roll, and salad. Not exactly great.”

“The lounge promotes that it has for example bacon rolls sandwiches snacks such as crisps and nuts. It had dry bread with bacon in it. If you wished to gave butter you had to take the bacon out of the bread , butter it then put it back in. There were no other snacks available. There were no papers or journals as stated in the web site. Overall disappointing. I have been in both Glasgow and Edinburgh sky lounges and Edinburg wins hands down.”

“3 hour limit not ideal but the worse thing was the number of flies in the lounge. They hovered over our food and drinks the entire time and it was a very displeased experience. I would like a refund.”

“A pleasant environment to while away the hours prior to our flight. If honest, the greeting was a little underwhelming but the staff within the lounge were helpful and accommodating. The quality of the food was available was very good. I would certainly book again on my next flight from Edinburgh.”

“Comfortable area to relax before flying, but very limited choice of food, especially cold salad options, compared to on previous visits. We were asked by the receptionist to sit at a table for two, because they had a lot of party booking reserved. Table for two is very tight if you have hand luggage with you. There were a number of tables for four lying empty for the duration of our stay and sign at door said fully booked !”

“The staff were helpful and attentive. The only reason I booked this particular lounge was so that I could relax on the lounge chairs in front of the floor to ceiling windows prior to my flight, however I was told that I could not sit in that location due to “staff shortages”. The main advantage of this lounge is the runway view and this was not available despite it being the selling point of the lounge. I was very disappointed.”
