The new lounge at Edinburgh Airport is just fab! Comfy, chilled, choice of drinks & food was amazing and staff were brilliant!!!!

Always been a user of no1 lounges as it’s the best way to start your holiday. But this time was very disappointing. I understand these are still covid times but your description on the website still reads like you’re fully open for business as usual when you are not The staff were rude The lounge was filthy And the food option was a breakfast bap with bacon or sausage that came out dry, Un-buttered stone cold and frankly quite stale. We were then told we had to pay again for any other food we wanted So we paid nearly £40 each for 1 dry roll and 1 drink that we had to wait 20 minutes for because it was so busy and only 1 person on bar We would have gotten more value for money in the concession downstairs

Food choices poor! Would be nice to have had some crisps or nuts to snack on Also a baileys option would be nice even though you may have to charge for it but no option even for that but service was a 10 out of 10

Having booked our flights in March we booked a lounge to start our holiday off in style. Sadly a month ago one of our party suddently lost her finance, he had a heart attack and never came round. I went onto your website and asked that you move 4 of us to coincide with our new booking in May 2022 together with the bottle of prosecco we had purchased and refund the fifth member of our party. Heard nothing from you until now! Very disappointing under the circumstances.

My experience is usually amazing but I made great mistake of booking Terminal 5 lounge as I booked with British Airways. American Airlines was operating my flight so obviously it was from Terminal 3 . When I arrived at the Terminal I explained to the staff at assistance what I had done . I was taken to a waiting area and asked about the Aspire lounge and was told there wasn't one !!!!!!!!! As I was collected to go to the departure area what did I pass but an Aspire lounge. To say I wasn't very happy is an understatement as I'd had to buy food and a drink !!!!!!!!!

My visit was cancelled by email before visiting but, despite being entitled to a refund, the response from customer services has been zero. They failed to respond to messages, and also failed to respond to a request for a call back when no one was available to take my call. Overall the service thus far has been appalling.

We turned up to the airport to find out that the lounge we booked was actually closed due to COVID and had received no prior notification to alert us to this. Luckily there was space in the lounge next to it for us

This is the first time that i have used this lounge, as with a group of fellow golfers. I cannot fault the staff at all, very efficient in all aspects, however, the choice of food is limited.

Truly awful. Greeted by an indifferent hostess who explained nothing and just sent me around the corner to the small narrow lounge. The lounge was completely full leaving me with nowhere to sit. This seemed to be a theme as people entered and stood around not knowing where to go. Upon pointing this out to the hostess, she asked a team member to find somewhere for me. This poor team member, by her own admission, had received no training whatsoever and wasn’t sure what to do. Food was limited to a few rubbery bits of cheese and some crackers and the hot item (soup) was cold and tasted like it was from a tin. My biggest complaint however was that I asked the lady behind the bar, who didn’t seem to want to be there either, very clearly for a bottle of Becks Blue (non-alcoholic) as I don’t drink. It was only when I was halfway through the bottle that I realised it was the alcoholic version. If I’d had an addiction problem or didn’t drink due to religious reasons, this could have been a serious issue. I did email my complaint to customer services two weeks ago to give them a chance to put things right but never heard back, so here we are. Overall, I’d say save your money and avoid this substandard “experience” as you’ll feel like mugs before your holiday has even begun.
