“Lounge was nice and well presented, the bar maid basically never wanted to be there, constantly not behind the bar and seemed to not want to serve, receptionist was lovely, think there should be a adults only area, screaming kids are not what I expected, would come again”

“A very comfortable lounge . Good range of drinks . Friendly staff .more attention is needed to maintain the buffet food . Items were slow to be replenished . Overall , very good value for money .”

“Smaller than the manchester lounge & therefore more congested. Food ok . Toilet facilities poor not enough cubicles . 1 was out of action so just 1 unisex & 2 disabled available so queuing.”

“We always use Aspire lounge. Good value for money. But this visit was not the usual standard, Check was long as the person on desk didn't 100% know what she was doing - kept leaving check in desk to find someone to ask questions. Lounge was clean and tidy but only one ladies toilet operational. Food when arrived was good but had to wait a good ten minutes for hot food to arrive. Saying all the above we will use Aspire again.”

“Negatives: A little difficult to find in the Dubai airport. Tables/chairs were a little too tightly packed. Positives: Chairs are comfortable. Good selection of food and drinks. Good service.”

“Quick check in Big part of the lounge not able to sit in as reserved so was quite cramped. No one behind the bar so had to wait a while each time to get served”

“Very friendly, helpful staff. Food mainly OK but hot dishes all vegetarian when I was there and the rolls not very fresh. However the rest was excellent. Loved having scone with cream and jam as a snack! Tables a little close together so a bit hard to get to seats.”

“Everything not bad . U s b chargers should be on the table so as not to reach down . More selection at breakfast choice could be better. Our previous lounge visit was at 1903 . We feel that we was spoilet at that lounge and expected the same or better at yours.”

“A bit expensive for what it is, I don't drink a lot of alcohol so unless you do it's not worth the price”

“We recently spent a couple of hours here and I have to admit that following some of the poor reviews I wasn’t quite sure what to expect but it was clean, comfortable and the food we had from the buffet was hot and tasty - all in all two satisfied customers 😀”
