“The queues to check in to the lounge take forever. 2nd time I went back there was very little choice of food. I ended up paying over £50 for 2 drinks and 2 coffees not sure I would use the facility again as it is not worth the money”

“We were very pleased with our visit to the lounge. While the area is quite narrow there were sufficient seats for all. The food was replenished promptly. The staff were pleasant and engaging. I should particularly note the two people at the desk when we arrived. Both were efficient and welcoming.”

“The bartender was not very helpful, he completely ignored my sister when she asked for a drink, she complained to another member of staff and the response she got was - yeah he has been in a mood all day, the food selection wasn’t great and had to ask for some crisps as none were out, also think it would be good if you could hear the announcements and the toilet was within the lounge”

“We are frequent fliers and have seen the lounge as we passed through but never bothered. We found the lounge very clean, comfortable and relaxing before our journey, friendly staff. The reason we gave it a 4 out of five we found it very cool and kept moving seats. (It was December) We definitely would consider using it again. Regards Linda and Bob.”
