“When I booked online there was only one lounge I could access, this meant I had to go through passport control in Schiphol to reach it. When I got to the lounge I was re directed to another lounge more appropriate for my flight which meant doing back through passport control. Apart from this I enjoyed my time in the lounge, there was plenty of fresh food and refreshments. The seats were comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. It made my stop over a lot easier.”

“Lounge was nice. Food and drink selection was good but way too many people are let in. They should have a cap on how many people they book in because it ruins the experience. I was in there for 2 hrs and there was never more than a couple of seats free. Everyone that came in had to wonder round and ask people to move thir bags etc to be able to sit together! Either get a bigger lounge or stop overbooking and it would be fab.”

“Lovely place to chill out after the usual experience of getting through security at Manchester Airport. Staff very polite and accommodating. Lovely choice of hot or cold food which is constantly overseen by staff and topped up. Always a most enjoyable experience with lovely views over the airport.”

“Very helpful staff lounge slightly tired however believe now shut for refurbishment Only thing I would like to see is toilets in the lounge had to leave and sign in each time but of a pain to be honest Food very good and nice range of never is gets definitely recommend and return Many thanks Colin Kay”

“This lounge was ok. There wasn't a huge selection of food on offer and the staff were slow to replenish what seemed to be the most popular item - scones with clotted cream and jam. Then they ran out of clotted cream. The drinks weren't too bad, there was a nice variety and the coffee was good. The staff seemed quite miserable and weren't too bothered about clearing your table. I'd probably come here again for the convenience and comfort but the food and service needs to be a bit better.”

“The lounge is clean, comfortable, quiet and user friendly. The staff are attentive and efficient ensure food is replenished and used dishes, glasses etc are collected promptly. The food product selection is appropriate for the time of day that you are using the lounge. The food items are well cooked and equally well presented. The Executive Lounge expérience is good value for money and a much more relaxing start to your holiday or journey than the hectic airport concourse.”

“I was extremely impressed with my time at the executive lounge. The food and drinks choices were fantastic and seats very comfortable. The smaller private booth areas were my favourite but had to wait 45 minutes scoping to be able to get one of the two they had available. Could possibly be worth having more of those if possible.”

“With a 6 hour stopover and work to do, I was looking forward to falling into a comfortable space. For the most part, Executive Lounges offered that refuge; nice food, comfortable seating, private bathroom facilities. Where It lacked was a business centre where one could sit and work with a laptop and mouse. I will walk this back a bit and say there is a bench in the food area but it was steadily occupied by people having their lunch and when I did secure a space on said bench to work, found that the power outlets were not working. So, would I use the lounge again? Yes, I would give them another chance. The comfort factor is too great to keep me away.”

“Really appreciated escaping the crowds, in a civilised peaceful space. Good breakfast - tasty bacon - but not the scrambled egg (powdered?). Also, please keep the croissants topped up. Otherwise, great!”
