“Warm welcome by staff, however there was no Wifi at all. Your staff contacted services who deal with this to be told it was a customer issue not the airport. However when I voiced my opinion out loud, most of the other customers agreed with me that there was no Wifi. It didn’t get sorted the whole time I was there. The food was ok but not the best Aspire lounge I have been in.”

“Once the breakfast food, which was fantastic, was cleared the choice was not very varied, there was only 1 meat option which was chicken mixed with beans, a rather odd combination. The salad and scones were nice but was disappointed with the main meal options.”

“We used the lounge at Heathrow Terminal 3 on 9 December. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and it was nice to have a comfortable place to sit while waiting for our flight. The choice of drinks was good, though the food was uninspiring and could definitely do with a rethink. We would certainly use the lounge again, though.”

“Lovely staff, the current menu is extremely good and caters for all sort of diets, meat, vegetarians & Vegans. Unfortunately TUi are increasing their number of Dreamliner flights so they shall be taking over the Aspire+ most days from next year, so independant travellers will not have the chance to book it”
