“Easy to find, not too busy, plenty of space to sit in a group of 6 and plenty of food and drink options. Allows you to relax before your flight without all of the hustle and bustle of the airport seating areas”

“Although the time permitted to spend in the lounge was 3 hours, I was not permitted to enter the lounge before 10 am for a flight scheduled for 1 pm. I intended to enter the lounge at 9 am and leave at 12 noon. The food selection was sparse and spartan in quality. I found it hard to find a comfortable place to sit and relax. I shall not be using this lounge again. Bad value for money.”

“Travel from NCL normally 3 times per year and first time we have used this facility. As from now we will always book it. Very comfortable, good range of drinks and snacks along with very pleasant and helpful staff. I have advised all family and friends that this is a must and not to be missed as an extra to kick start their holiday.”

“On the day we arrived 14th December the lounge was pleasantly quiet . The service was good and the quiet area was perfect just what you need to relax before your flight. Food choices I always find a bit dull as there needs to be more choices available. I have used lounges before over the years and will continue to do so. Even if it is just to avoid the crowds at a busy airport.”

“I have to say I was very disappointed with the selection for Vegans. When I reported this on reception I got the response 'yes it's really bad'. So your staff know the selection for Vegans is bad, but nobody has chosen to address the issue. I simple bowl of avocado and one of mushrooms would be ample. Instead I had to do with some cold vegetarian sausage and beans. There wasn't even any dairy free spread. Going forward I will not be booking the lounge again, as the food in the main restaurants is better.”

“Was very disappointed to find the range of spirits had diminished and does not now include Bacardi but was served a Havana Club without mentioning that it was not Bacardi. The Breakfast was fine but I think it’s poor value now.”

“I have been in many lounges around the world, even in some ‘remote locations’ but this one has really shocked me. First of all, i have arrived 30mins before my booked time. I know, rules are rules and I can’t come too early. However the manner in which this message was communicated was well below the standard. Secondly, when I finally got into the lounge, i saw a mouse/rat wondering around it. When I mentioned it to the staff, they again just said - oh yes... sadly because of that experience, could not finish my food. I am not a disgruntled customer but rather concerned that at the Airport as big as Amsterdam, with so many people passing through, the quality standard in this lounge is so low. I am very dissapointed.”
